This location is awesome! All the staff were prompt, friendly and efficient. And thorough. Going to the dentist can be really stressful sometimes. However. Kailyn. The dental assistant that was helping was very good. She had a great personality, explained everything and was very caring. She knows her stuff & you can tell that. She loves her job and cares about the patients. She took at least 20 X-rays in no time flat. The dentist was just as good have to wait long at all. He explained all my options, got me set up for my partial & I actually had time to get back to work and finish my shift! I would definitely recommend this location!

This Aspen Dental location seems nice at first, but apparently cannot keep their appointments straight. After already rescheduling once, they claimed to have called me to reschedule a SECOND time for an hour earlier. Well, I missed my appointment because I didn't know this. They claim to have called me, but my call logs show no calls from them, nor missed calls, nor voicemails. They didn't email me, either. When asked exactly when they called me to reschedule, they had no record. Only some checkbox that says they "attempted" to reach me. I have records of all of this, while they have nothing. I now have to wait months for a simple checkup because of their disorganization. We are all busy people who try our best to keep up with life, but this makes it very difficult. The reps on the phone were nice enough, but offered no help or answers. I'll return for my checkup in a few months but have no intention of using this dentist going forward.

Listen. I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably 8 years (I know). I went to aspen dental specifically to get the Motto aligners (wear your retainers, kids) and found out I obvi had some other work I needed to get done. Starting with a cleaning, Corinne was exceptional and cleaned my teeth with such care. I had explained to her that I was a lil scared of what they might find or what all I would need and she was so calm and reassuring and walked me through the whole process and genuinely just taught me how to take better care of my teeth and there wasn’t a single ounce of judgement. I just went back today to get my fillings and once again explained that I was scared and wasn’t sure what to expect. I walked out of their office feeling more confident than I have in years simply because of the care and concern of this staff. I didn’t catch the young ladies name who did my fillings and fixed my front tooth today but once again she was a damn angel and was amazing throughout the entire process. I will continue my care through them for as long as I possibly can.

Had a really good experience here. Went in for a broken tooth, and in quite a bit of pain. The staff is very friendly and did a wonderful job walking me through a dental plan to get me where I wanted to be in the near future, and then taking extreme care with the extraction. Ive used Aspen dental in the past as well, and Ive always been glad that I did. Really great service and they work with you in all kinds of ways to make payments and get great discounts. Definitely recommend.
