Just keep your money and go else where . There are plenty other places that are affordable and have payment plans . I believe this place of business truly makes up things as they go. Example "extended treatment plan" and "late fees " or "rescheduling fee " . He does not truly care about his patients . They are quick to be rude as well. Every appointment Dr. Isaac would be in and out . He walks in looks around in your mouth for 5 seconds and says "looks good" and goes about his day . It’s all about the money here . I’m convinced all of his 5 star reviews aren’t genuine or real . I’ve talked to so many people who have had terrible experiences here .

I give a high rating , because I am impressed with the service and treatment because price for braces are very expensive and Dr. Isaac makes it affordable. I was ashamed to smile but with treatment from Dr. Isaac I have build confidence to smile and not hide it

The reason I give a low rate is due to the fact that I see discrimination and unfair treatment to loyal customers. Make story short, I'm a smoker and a grown a woman. I have rights to smoke or even spray cannabis in my car whenever. My personal business. I gave a ride to a customer of there's and didn't smoke while giving ride but did smoke before I pick up passenger. Passenger goes in while greeted at the door. It's 93 degrees outside and car says 97. So as I'm waiting outside I'm smoking my cigarette and reading their window that says only customers inside and no smell of Marijuana. The passenger was charged for the appointment and asked to leave. Now you can plainly see the discrimination and poor customer service. Not to mention a non refund and a threat about service again. 🙄 Pay attention to prices people as well as standing up for what is right. I felt offended and mad 😠 upset about that situation and how that lady was treated. I pray and wish this company would resolve their issues and continue to give her fair and non prejudice discrimination treatment with restitution. She done no wrong!

Horrible service don’t go here unless you want to scammed. Dr Isaac is Super unprofessional and so is the staff. I’ve had my braces for 6 years for something that others could have completed in 2. Dr Isaac has personally yelled at me before. As well as his staff hanging up when I requested my contract to go else where. He charges you $50 you miss any appointments and tried to charge me for rescheduling before my appointment!!! I scheduled my routine cleaning with him. He charged me for a deep cleaning to not even use tooth paste just the hard water machine to remove plaque. I left feeling disgusting. Your not allowed to brush during appointments because he wants you in and out even though other offices Encourage you too because the brackets are removed! Multiple people not even recommended Have all the same things. Save your money and go else where.

Ive been going to this dentist for 3 plus years and it has been such a great experience. I have never once had a problem with how much my payments are with my braces , they always supply me with extra things I may need for my smile and they are sooooo affordable. Dr.Issac also does tax deals and other deals helping people with their smile because it’s not always easy. Him and his staff are very reliable in getting you in and out while loving your process. I love this dentist and i highly recommend. After years of going here ive build a bond with all the workers because they endure positive attitudes , they are really helpful with answering questions and they accept all kinds of people and payment plans ! Love it

I love Dr. Isaac, he's the best at brace's and cleaning. I recommend anyone who is in need of braces or cleaning or any service's Dr. Isaac is the place to go. And his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

First of all I want to say how much I love Dr. Isaac & his wonderful staff . They’re very sweet , I forget to confirm and I be all over the place sometimes and they never make me feel bad for it . I love that so much. Everytime someone asks me about my braces I brag so hard on Dr. Isaac and his staff and I make sure I give them the information to get started. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Isaac as my orthodontist this was the best decision I could have ever made.
