I had a really great experience at Prohealth Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was very organized and the whole visit went smoothly. My cleaning was very thorough, and the hygienist was gentle while also explaining what she was doing and answering my questions. The dentist took the time to go over everything with me and explain that I’ll need a tooth extraction. I really appreciated how clearly they explained the next steps and made sure I understood my options. What stood out the most was how kind and patient everyone was. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to feel at ease during your visit. I’m very thankful for the great care I received and feel confident moving forward with the follow-up treatment.

I visited at 5pm and was very impressed by this facility. Right from the ladies at the front desk being pleasant, lovely and polite. To the dentist hygienist(Carmela - i think is her name) she was very patient, lovely and gentle. Dr. Morgan was pleasant as well. Thank you all.

I had such a wonderful experience today, Dr. Morgan was very informative and explained every detail and dental hygienist. Sherry knew I was a very nervous patient. She took her time She was very gentle & made sure I was comfortable at all times during my cleaning & X-rays . Thank u 😃 & staff at the front very friendly !!! & office very clean 👍🏻

Ms Rodriguez, the hygenist, was excellent and very detailed. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I will always choose her whenever I go for a cleaning. The dentist was great too!!

I have been going to this ProHealth location for some time now as it is very local for me & convenient and I've never experienced any issues until my most recent visit on 2/21. i had an 11:30am appt for a ClearCorrect consultation (all they had to do was take pictures of my teeth). They called me in the room around 11:50am, and i sat in the chair with the dental bib on for about 45 minutes before the dentist even came in to greet me. Did not apologize for the wait, never once said "I'll be with you in a moment" nothing. i understand medical offices never run on schedule but you could at least acknowledge that I'm here. by the time the pictures were taken (the machine for the pics had to be restarted about 5 times) i didn't get out of there until 1:35pm. if you're overbooked & running behind, just address it. Communication is key!
