Town Center Dental

This is a new Dental practice for me. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile & friendly face, Michelle. I had my teeth cleaned by a very sweet & gentle hygienist and my mouth felt great!! I came back for another 2 visits to have my old & worn out silver fillings replaced. I was quite anxious about this but another friendly face, the medical assistant Melissa walked me thru it. She really helped me relax with her humor & genuine caring. Honestly, it was a breeze but I'm glad it’s over. Dr. Knott is a kind, no nonsense Dentist who treated me efficiently, quickly and professionally and it was pain free! I am a very happy patient, glad I found this small, professional practice!

Town Center Dental in Garland is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Knott is thorough and attentive, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring top-notch care. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. I have had good dentists and bad and this is definitely the best ever! I have a phobia about going to the dentist and the wonderful staff made me be relax and feel at ease. The work the dentist does is excellent !

My Story begins with going to a different dentist that I was referred to. That dentist told me I had all this work that had to be done. I was apprehensive since I have always taken care of my teeth. I entered the practice w/zero pain & zero issues. Just wanted my teeth cleaned. That dentist cost my thousands of dollars & I had continued pain despite me explaining that I could tell something was wrong. I learned later that even their process for flossing & instruction to me caused me to have more issues. All this dentist instructed me on "so that the crowns would not come off" ended up sending me down the road of infection. I walked away & cautiously asked around again for a dentist referral. Then as I verbally suspected, back at installation, an unfiled piece of crown broke off & I tried Town Center for the fix. Although I have had to pay a lot to re-do what the previous dentist did, I am in zero pain again and it is like night & day when it comes to the top quality of work at Town Center Dental! They also provide on site crown making services so you can only take off time from work once to complete the crown process. Thank you to Dr. Knott & her staff for your integrity of work! I am so appreciative that I have finally found a dentist with integrity!

Definitely the best dental staff I have encountered. They are very knowledgeable and answer my questions. Barbara, the DH gave definitely the best cleaning and scaling i ever received. I didn't feel a thing. 😀😀😀

This is the best dental office I’ve been to! The front desk staff are amazing at scheduling and very friendly! Michelle is always on top of it! Avery and Dr. Knott make me feel comfortable too! I know I’m in good hand here.

I recently had a dental hygiene at Town Center Dental, located at 4430 Lavon Dr #370, Garland, TX 75040, The Hygienist and the Doctor were very thorough with my cleaning and explained each step, making me feel relaxed and informed.The staff was also friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.
