5 star rating all the way!! Dr. Sheikh was amazing today. The dental assistant Vanessa was so caring and sweet! They make a super hero team. The shot was not bad at all either which is what I fear most and I was so happy once that was done with ease all the rest went smoothly. The temporary crowns were done great too! The core of a dental office is how your experience goes with the dentist and assistant and how they make you feel. I felt cared for and enjoyed some giggles which lightened the mood! The office staff was also kind and welcoming and I got to visit with the hygienist Mary whom is just a ray of sunshine! Thank you again Ideal Dental!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional caring practice !!

Got right in at 8:30 a.m. as there was no other patients in the office yet. Was greeted right away by the lady who did my X-rays and she did a great job as I have a small mouth and torid, which gets in the way. Next, a gingivitis check, then soon after was greeted by the dentist who was very sweet and suggested I have a chipped filling fixed and she noticed the beginning of one cavity. Then I sat waiting and waiting. I finally had to tell them I had another appointment to be at and needed to get my cleaning underway. I was told I would be seen next. All of a sudden the gentleman from the front came in with a clipboard informing me of the two procedures I needed done and how much I’d be responsible for. I wasn’t happy. I can discuss that after my cleaning. It’s my opinion they had me sitting and waiting so they could run numbers by insurance before my cleaning began. Seemed very disingenuous as I’m waiting for a simple cleaning. They appeared to care more about how much money they were going to get out of me and my insurance for the extra services than just providing with my cleaning which was what this appointment was for. I did schedule the recommended services for w/i in the week, but on the fence after how I was treated today. Ideal Dental, make people feel like they matter and don’t always make it about the money! Do better, please.

Horrible experience with braces. There’s a big problem with staff retention- we cycled through 4 different orthodontists in 3.5 years. Braces were on a year longer than the treatment plan specified. Appointments were hard to get because orthodontist was only in the office two days per month. Wait times to be seen were often high- 45 minutes to an hour.

Front desk was very polite and professional. She communicated very effectively. The person who escorted me to the treatment room had her mask on her chin, and was coughing as if she was sick. Eventually pulled up her mask. Minimal communication. I sat in the chair without a word, just laying there. Noticed the treatment area was flithy- floors filled with dust and dirt. Gave me dirty sunglasses to use under lights. Dentist and polisher kept hurting me, and emwhen I told her it hurt, she ignored me. I needed additional treatment, but I'd never return to this office again.

Don’t waste your time. This place is just like all the other little pop up clinics that tell you all the things you need to get done immediately and then charge you more than what your insurance charge is. They add additional ridiculous charges- it is all about money making! You are better off getting a good PPO plan and going to a selective Good Dentist, who truly cares about their patients!

I always have a great experience here. Everyone is always so kind, caring and thorough. Mary did my deep cleaning and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!
