I am truly grateful to have found Dr. Hadi Osman. He is caring, skilled, and gives me complete trust and peace of mind. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hadi and the whole team for their kindness, professionalism, and amazing care. The clinic is always spotless, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend them from the heart.

I was coming here for years, never had an issue with my hygienist. After my cleaning I was told I had a cavity on my front tooth #7. I was confident and trusting I was in good hands with Dr. Jodie Al-jarrah to fix the cavity and recieve a filling. Worst decision I made trusting her..She left my front tooth misshapen, not colored matched with my actual tooth color and actually fused together my front two teeth leaving me unable to floss and leaving cement residue on the back of my tooth that did not receive the filling. Terrible bedside manner from both her and her assistant during the procedure. My filling ended up, cracking then actually popping out after only couple of months due to the pressure of my two teeth fused together. This dental experience ruined my front teeth and smile. Thankfully I was able to find a qualified and experienced dentist who could fix the damage that was done. NEVER trust Jodie Al-jarrah to do a quality job.

The entire staff, from start to finish, were extremely kind and personable. Dr. Osman is extremely friendly and explains things so that a "regular" person can understand. My son's appointment was at 12pm, and we were seen within 15 min of arriving. I highly recommend this office.

Dr.Jodie is quite literally the most amazing dentist and sweetest woman in general. I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to my teeth due to a childhood accident. She is the only dentist who has ever made me feel so comfortable and heard. She does anything she can to make sure I’m feeling good and she’s an absolute perfectionist and won’t let me leave her chair without her work being top notch. She also tells you step by step exactly what she’s doing during your procedure, which personally eases my mind and is extremely patient about giving you breaks if needed. Never gets frustrated with me being nervous and sometimes having to take a few minutes to step away. She really truly cares about her patients and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all she’s done to help me and boost my confidence with my smile. They are also very accommodating with financial issues, dental work is by no means affordable these days so another great positive about this business. I will continue to see her until she no longer is practicing. Highly recommend!!! Keep shining Dr.Jodie. 💕

I needed my tooth looked at pretty quick and they got me in quickly and luckily in time because it was infected. They did a great extraction of my molar and no stress or pain. Staff is great.

I can't honestly say it was it is the worst dentist in the world, because I haven't been to every dentist in the world, but it is the worst one I have ever been to, and I would give it zero stars if that was a possibility. My husband and I are both wimps when it comes to the dentist, so we have been procrastinating for a long time, maybe like a decade-yeah I know, it's bad, but, I digress. We finally found a dentist that looked decent and made appointments. Our first stop was, of course, the waiting room. Our 45 minute wait gave us plenty of time to assess this area (they said they were waiting on insurance somehow). The waiting room was a very narrow with the bathroom doors practically opening into the people waiting's laps and everything was a bit shoddy. There was painter's tape on the floor, which was strange, because it didn't appear anything had been painted in some time. We ended this portion of our appointment with them telling us that since we had waited so long, they only had time to do one of our cleanings, not both, so we would have to reschedule one of our appointments for another day. After finally being called back, we spent the next hour and 15 minutes getting our x-rays done, which seemed extreme, to say the least. My children have gone to the dentist regularly and they get x-rays annually and they usually take less than 10 minutes, so we were quite surprised at our marathon experience. One reason why it could have taken a bit longer than usual (though I still can't fathom why it would take THAT long), was the fact that the lady doing the x-rays would take some images on one of us, then leave and do some images on the other, and then go back to the first one of us. After that, my husband (who we had chosen to get the cleaning done that day) was informed that they could not, in fact, do his cleaning that day, because he needed a deep clean (don't wait a decade to go to the dentist, folks) and it would need special approval for the dentist. (I thought it was a bit strange that when we were in the waiting room, another patient was being told the same exact thing...) We had already decided we were never returning before the dentist came in to speak with me. She referenced a future appointment. I told her that we would not be returning for any future appointment. She shut down any talk about that very quickly, informing me that I would have to talk to the front desk about any problems we had experienced that day. Then, she went on to talk about my weird leftover baby tooth like I hadn't said anything. When she was done, I stood up and she said, "No, you have to stay there until the hygienist returns," and I said, "No way, man, I have seen Little Shop of Horrors and I think I am done with that chair." I wasn't surprised when no one appreciated my joke. When we finally left and told the person at the desk to cancel the future appointments we had made, they did not ask why. They just sort of looked at me with a dead look in their eyes, like they already knew why, but, of course, that's mere speculation on my part. The icing on the cake was the $500+ bill we got from them about a month later for the x-rays, which our insurance has always 100% covered, so that was fun. They had coded the insurance wrong and it is all fixed now, but apparently the 45 minutes was not enough to deal with the insurance properly. Anyway, that's my story of how my husband and I will be seeing the same dentist as our children, which has been elevated quite a bit in our eyes since this experience. (I only didn't want to go there because they don't have doors on their exam rooms, which apparently is the standard now.) I would obviously recommend you do not go to this dentist.
