Excellent Experience at Garden City Family Dentistry I had a great experience at Garden City Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made check‑in quick and easy, and I was seen right on time. The dentist and hygienist(Kelly did an amazing job) took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort and oral health. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, which really helped put me at ease. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown during my visit. I would highly recommend Garden City Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, caring, and respectful of their patients’ time. I forgot the two awesome ladies names that took my Xray.

I’ve always been nervous about dental appointments, so I was relieved by how welcoming and patient this office felt from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff handled scheduling and insurance questions smoothly, and the hygienist explained each step of the cleaning process clearly without rushing. The dentist took time to review X-rays carefully and discuss preventative care instead of immediately recommending unnecessary procedures. Compared to previous dental offices where appointments felt rushed and impersonal, this experience was much more comfortable overall. The office itself was clean, modern, and organized, which also helped make the visit feel less stressful.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I've never felt more at ease at a dentist and more seen. Paige is an absolute angel and we love her, we came from a friends recommendation but we stayed for her and Dr Laing (my apologies if spelling is off) is great, he is very open and honest and explains things in a way thats easy for us to understand and will give us all the options and possible outcomes. Plus he is very good at what he does and always makes sure youre doing okay throughout any procedure. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I brought my daughter here for her cleaning and an ortho consult. I am so happy with our experience. The office is so calm and inviting- it feels like a spa. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and informative. The lights are dim in the waiting room and it's comfortable. The wait was a little long but I heard from other patients that isn't typical. The whole office looked and smelled clean and in good order. Once we got back back to the room, they had the overhead lights off and a star projector on. While the hygienist worked, she used a lamp so the room could stay dim. She even went and found a pair of sunglasses for my daughter to wear while she cleaned her teeth. She was gentle, kind, and warm. I don't think we will ever go to another office! It felt like everyone went above and beyond to make my daughter and me comfortable. I will absolutely recommend this dentist to everyone.

New patient visit, this office is amazing. The ambience is top tier!! The office staff is friendly, engaging and empathetic!! The Dr. Laing is personable and caring. Paige is the absolute GOAT!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reich’s for several years and he has always taken excellent care of me. There were times in the past I needed dental care I could not afford and he told me how important it was everyone receive the care they need regardless of their finances. He set up an affordable payment plan and never made me feel as though he was doing me a favor. I will never forget your kindness.
