My personal experience with Cowtown Dental has never been anything but kind, compassionate, caring and attentive. From the tech’s to the Dr’s…..you can "feel the Love" when you walk in the door…and that care extends to the dental needs that have been addressed with visit. Thank you Dr Cook….you have been the "bomb" ….I love and adore each of you!!!

I am aware this will sound surprising, but I just had my teeth cleaned and had such a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly And Dr. Cook, has been taking such good care of my teeth for years. Erica cleaned and polished my teeth to a T... such an important thing to do! I am grateful to have such a good care.

Had a dental emergency and they treated me right away without delay. The staff was very caring and calm, which helped a lot. The dentist explained everything clearly before treatment. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout the visit.

I liked this office until I got the bill. I called the office twice to ensure that they took my insurance. I was told twice that they "take my insurance." I asked again when I came in for a visit if they take my insurance. I was again told that they "take my insurance." Apparently, I should’ve asked if they were "contracted with my insurance." I received an $870 bill for two routine cleanings and one filling. I was told by the office manager that they are required to file with my insurance, but they are not technically contracted with my insurance. They take what insurance pays off of my bill, which "isn’t something anybody can live off of" per the office manager, and I am charged for the rest. I feel like the office expected me to understand the ins and outs of dental insurance, which I do not. I feel swindled and taken advantage of. Now I owe almost $1,000 for something that could’ve been easily remedied by a change in language. Dr. Keller was as nice as could be. However, it’s hard to respect unclear business practices, whether they were intentional by him or not. I feel like I did my due diligence in making sure that this wouldn’t happen, yet it still did. I’m disappointed.
