I’m not even sure where to start, so I’ll just say: WOW! After a string of frustrating experiences at Great Expressions Dental—where I constantly felt pressured to spend money and was told I had severe cavities (which Dr. Wear confirmed I do not)—this visit was such a relief. Dena, who helped schedule my appointment, was incredibly helpful for weeks beforehand via calls and texts, patiently answering insurance questions and making the entire process easy. Meeting her in person was just as pleasant. Melody, my hygienist, was hands down the best I’ve ever had—completely pain-free, thorough explanations, great conversation, and she made me feel genuinely comfortable. That meant a lot, especially since I’ve recently developed anxiety around dental visits due to past painful and stressful experiences. Dr. Wear was professional, took the time to shake my hand, listened to my concerns, and truly seemed to care. I’ve been craving this kind of rapport with a dental practice for a long time, and I finally feel like I’ve found it. My only concern is what I’ll do when Dr. Wear eventually retires—because I’m not going anywhere until then! 😊 I’ve already referred three people and will continue telling everyone how amazing this practice is. I wish there was more than 5 stars! I have had an amazing experience at Art District Dental. I tried many dentists in Fort Worth beforehand and they were horrible experiences. The front desk staff, all the dental assistants, and Dr. Wear at Art District Dental are all very honest, thorough, and helpful people.They listen to you and are respectful and I couldn't recommend them enough!

My dentist just recently retired after over 35 years there, so I had to find a new dentist. I didn’t think I could find a dentist as good as my old one, and a great staff like my old dentist office. Boy was I wrong! Dr Wear and his staff have been amazing since I walked in the door. Dr Wear, the hygienist, and especially the front office girl are so so sweet! I had some work that needed to be done(I broke my 2 front teeth out when I was a kiddo) and needed 2 new front crowns. Dr Wear did so well with my 2 front teeth crowns, you can’t even tell they’re not my real teeth! I’ve NEVER been as happy as I am now since before the day I broke them out. They helped me whiten my teeth, and then matched the color perfectly with the crowns! Absolutely amazing work! Obviously this was expensive and they were able to work with me(and gave me a discount) to help pay for it! A BIG THANK YOU! To all who work there! I HIGHLY recommend this place to people who are looking for a new dentist! Take a look! Proof is in the pudding!

Terrible dentist for fillings. I almost never need fillings, just cleanings, so I was a patient here for a long time. But then he did a filling, and it was so terrible I’ll never go back. He left it extremely rough, and without asking how it felt, he started to walk out. When I told him it feels really rough, he came back in a huff, quickly filed it ALL flat, and made a quick exit, once again not sticking around to ask how it felt. The very worst part: he filed my actual tooth flat too. So the ridges on the sides are now flat, leaving enamel exposed, and it hurts all of the time, even much later. Another dentist looked at the x-rays and told me that the filling wasn’t even necessary. The other dentist did what he could to help fix the mess Dr Wear made, but no one can grow back the tooth ridges he filed down for no reason at all! I am putting this up as a warning so people don’t go get any fillings done by this dentist who is aggressively bad at them.

Dr Wear is the best dentist I have ever had! Him and his staff are very professional and friendly. I have recommended him to my family, friends and anyone ever looking for a new dentist. So if you’re looking for a great dentist we highly recommend Dr Wear at Art District Dental.

Wonderful and caring! I had a broken front tooth and they got me in same day. Great preventative care. Fair pricing, does not recommend procedures that aren’t needed. Friendly hygienist and clean office. Highly recommend for the whole family!

Dr. Wear and their staff are amazing! I suffer from intense anxiety about going to the dentist and I could not be happier with how kind, understanding and informative Art District Dental staff has been. They not only had top notch, clean, modern facility and equipment. Andy the dental hygienist was WONDERFUL Such great personality and did an amazing job. Dr. Wear and his staff did a fantastic job with my extreme nervousness and anxiety of any of my procedures. What was fantastic about them as well is their service is consistent, ALL of their staff is always so happy and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend Art district dental. (never did I ever think I would recommend a dentist!) Love them!
