I’ve been seeing Dr. Chao for more than five years, and he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is patient, kind, and has an excellent bedside manner that always puts me at ease. Even his old college stories make visits more enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve also referred my husband, son, and brother in law to his office. We have all become long standing patients and would not consider going anywhere else.

A dental office must be neat, impeccable, and clean. Madison Dental meets all these standards. The staff is extremely friendly, making me feel like I am part of the family. Dr. Chao is very professional—always attentive to my needs and empathetic—and performs his work with great dedication, conscientiousness, and care.
