I had a great experience with Dr. Levine. I came in because I had sensitivity on one side when drinking cold water, and Dr. Levine found a small cavity that needed to be treated before it got worse. She explained everything clearly, showed me what the issue was, and made sure I understood the procedure before starting. The whole appointment was very smooth. She was gentle, careful, and checked several times to make sure I was comfortable. The filling was done quickly, it looks natural, and I had no pain afterward. I really appreciated how honest and professional she was. I would definitely recommend Dr. Levin to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

I recently visited Dr. Levine as a new patient and I was pleasantly surprised. Coming to a new dentist is always a gamble but Dr. Levine was a breath of fresh dental air! While she was doing a standard cleaning, she took the time to point out potential issues throughout and offered solutions to rectify in the short and long term. She was polite and caring and very professional and I appreciated learning so much about my teeth that I hadn't learned before! She genuinely cares and for that, I was appreciative. It's obvious that any of her long term patients will be in good hands with her. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Dr. Susan Levine for almost six years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. She has helped me with regular cleanings, fillings, and especially a complicated implant procedure I had a few years ago. I had very little bone in the area, so the treatment required a bone graft, careful planning, and very precise implant placement. Everything healed perfectly, and the implant has felt strong and natural ever since. Last night I had an emergency because I cracked a different tooth while eating, and the pain was terrible. Even though it was after hours, she still found a way to help me right away. She checked the tooth carefully, explained what happened, and placed a temporary crown so I would not be in pain until the permanent one was ready.

I called early this morning to find out if Dr. Susan took my insurance. While asking a simple question I was not given an answer. I was asked my name and number and told I'd be given a call back. By 4:30 I realized many hours had gone by and no one called so I called back 3 times back to back and the phone rang and rang until it finally went to vm. So I decided to walk there as it is nearby. When I arrived, Dr. Susan didn't even really want to let me in. But I brushed it off. She said some one else answered the phone although it was her voice I recognized, and she said my insurance should be fine. She asked me if I wanted to make an appt and I said yes. Dr. Susan said she would call me before 7pm. She had 1 person in her office who was complaining because I walked in, that they needed to hurry up as to not get a parking ticket. Needless to say, Dr. Susan never called back. I have never had an experience like this with any doctor. So incredibly unprofessional. If you don't want to service a person, let them know. If you don't take their insurance, be honest. As a medical professional, it's your job.

My mom and I are both patients of Dr. Levine. She is a great , professional dentist who works on her patients with so much care and concern for their well-being. A dentist who works from the heart. Thank you Dr. Levine!
