I was in and out for repairs to a permanent retainer I had installed nearly a decade ago at this same office. Dr Walvoord and his staff do insanely high quality work.

Dr. Walvoord and his staff are incredibly professional, friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond for patients in every way possible to make you feel comfortable and confident in your journey to a better smile. I lapsed in the middle of my treatment due to a layoff and did not speak to them for almost 1.5 years and they knew who I was immediately on the phone when I reestablished my care. They also took care of my stepdaughter with fantastic results. I would highly recommend them to anyone and it’s the reason why I keep Dr. Walvoord as my orthodontist even though I moved back to Northwest Indiana.

Even though I’m not a regular patient, they found a way to get me in right away for emergency care and treated me as if I had been with their practice for years. The level of attention, kindness, and expertise I received truly left an impression. They even took the time to educate me about things my own orthodontist had never mentioned. I left feeling not only relieved but also informed and valued. I highly recommend this office their service is superior, and they go above and beyond to help patients, even those who aren’t officially theirs. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and compassion these days.

I had an emergency with bleeding caused by broken braces, and this clinic helped me immediately. They quickly scheduled an appointment and provided excellent treatment. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all incredibly kind and explained everything clearly before the procedure. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend this place!
