I’ve been coming to this dental office for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Even when it’s after business hours I am always able to get a hold of them for an emergency. The staff is always friendly and professional, and Dr. Chen is wonderful. Janet at the front desk also deserves a special shout-out. She’s so helpful, patient, and welcoming every single time. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of and makes the whole check-in process smooth and stress free, she truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care and a team that truly cares.

The office staff are also extremely professional, and they set a tone that is calm and welcoming when you walk through the door. I’ve had several procedures done by Dr. Chen over the past few years, and he is, without a doubt, one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Dr. Chen is careful and methodical. He takes the time to explain everything along the way and ensures I’m completely comfortable before beginning any procedure. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped. They use impressive technology, including 3D scanning for treatments, which really enhances the overall experience. All of my procedures have been smooth and stress-free, and the staff does a great job of maximizing my insurance benefits to help keep out-of-pocket costs low. I would highly recommend Dr. Charles Chen. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He makes it a point to explain everything he has to do so that there are no surprises. Dr. Chen also makes sure you are completely comfortable before beginning any procedures. He is extremely patient and kind and doesn’t try to rush any processes. The staff at Radiant Smile are always friendly and helpful. They really do an excellent job of incorporating your insurance upfront prior to making payments.

I’ve never been someone who looks forward to a dental appointment, but Dr. Chen and his team make the experience much easier to manage. What I appreciate most is the level of trust I have in his care. He has helped me resolve several different aches and pains over the years, and I always leave with my teeth feeling incredibly clean. Beyond the clinical care, the office is very well-run. Dr. Chen generally runs on time, which I really value, and the downtown Evanston location is super convenient.
