Dr. Steven Kristo DDS

We love Steve and all his staff! So much that we drive 1 hour to his office in Eau Claire. Wish we did this for our older daughter several years ago as well. Everyone at Kristo is wonderful and the office is a fun and comfortable environment for patients and family members. I get to sit in a comfortable chair while my daughter is in the dental chair, and sip a cup of coffee or tea. We are always able to get in for appointments to fit our schedule as well.

We had such an amazing experience at our consultation, and truly looking forward to my daughter getting a smile that matches her heart after this process is through. Dr. Kristo and his entire staff were friendly, professional, and treated us like family. Angie, Joy and Martin helped my daughter to feel at ease, and we are excited to spend the next two years visiting with everyone at the office!

There are just so many great things to be said about Kristo: • Hours/flexibility-before school, after school, no school days. This has been so nice to not have to miss school for appointments. • Honest-My twin boys had underbites; Dr Kristo didn’t just slap on braces, he suggested another method first, instead of pushing braces that they didn’t need. • Staff-From the people in the front and all the way around, the nicest, friendliest, helpful staff. It feels like you are walking into a group of friends. • Convenience-So many locations, it makes it even easier to get the times you want when and where it works for you. • Price(this is obviously circumstantial)- Our insurance didn’t cover everything but I was shocked at the amount we owed, I expected more. • Rewards- My kids LOVE the rewards card and it teaches them responsibility of bringing it in with them and making sure that between appointments they are keeping their mouths healthy. I will recommend them to everyone and should any further orthodontic care is needed in the future, we will be coming back to Kristo! Thank you everyone at Kristo for your awesome work!

I am 16 months into my braces. The team at Kristo has been wonderful. Very professional, & very thorough. I especially appreciate the way they take the time to explain what they are doing & why at each adjustment. The flexible payment plan is wonderful & when I went through a personal problem that made it hard to make my payments for awhile, they were very understanding & it was easy to readjust my payment plan. They are doing everything they can to get the results I want & still get my braces off within my timeline. My husband & I are renewing our vows for our ten year anniversary next year (September 8th, 2018) & I wanted my teeth fixed by then, for nice wedding photos. This is especially important to me because we married privately & have no actual wedding pictures. I have already seen major results & I appreciate the efforts & passion of Dr. Kristo & the rest of the staff, who are just as interested in & excited about my results & goals as I am. ❤

Absolutely impressed. I have never seen a place of business hire such a dedicated and professional staff in my entire life. The place was filled with extremely affable characters all over. The one thing that really stood out is that my 2 year old daughter was with me the whole time and nobody there seemed to be on bit bothered by it. They were playing with her and talking to her through the whole process. I had 2 other consultations after this consult and was so blown away by the service I cancelled the others and just went with Kristo. I don't know where he fares on the price end of things but I will tell you it is definitely worth every penny. I would recommend skip the shopping phase and just head into Kristo. I never take the first consult I get but these people were on the ball all the time.

The staff here are completely amazing. My wife and son live in Georgia with but have been going back to Wisconsin just so they can continue everything here. They have been amazing in all of the random requests from my wife. Also Amy at the main entrance is one of the nicest and most amazing people I have ever met. She had nothing less than a genuine happiness to see us. I believe she deserves a raise. Hahahaha. Now onto Dr. Steven...... this man is awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He is insane but in a good way. It was awesome seeing all the crazy requests my family gave him, but he never failed in making things happen. I will always be grateful for everything they have done.

Dr Kristo and the team has been amazing! They listen to you, work with you, are gentle when working on you, and are personable. There are flexible payment plans. Amy in the Eau Claire reception area has been so pleasant and friendly to work with! I love my braces!!!!!!!
