The dental office is wonderful. The staff is not just friendly but helpful as well. From the front desk who always works with me to understand what is covered and giving options for payment to the hygienist who takes time to know you. Dr Katz is amazing and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I always feel welcome and relaxed at the dentist! I would 100% recommend this office.

If I could give this practice more than 5 stars I would. From the moment you enter the front door you are well taken care of. Dr. Duong is gifted and has a wonderful manner about him. This is night and day from my experience with Baystate dental and chains. Amelia is the best! I’ve had dentists before push things I didn’t feel I needed. I’ve been coming here for years now and they’ve never tried to tell me I "should" or "need" anything out of the ordinary. And instead of pushing, they watch. Everyone here is warm and inviting. I highly suggest.
