I had a really good experience at Great Expressions. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and didn’t have that stressful "dentist" vibe, which I appreciated. The dentist and staff explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t rush through anything. They were gentle and made sure I was okay the whole time, which made a big difference. It was also easy to schedule, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, just a smooth, stress-free visit. My hygienist Abby was super nice and very thorough with my cleaning.

Not happy with this latest service. The hygienist refused to clean my teeth. Said I had to have a deep cleaning. She was hard to understand because of her accent. This is after Ascent Dental had canceled my last two visits due to relocation and having a scheduling issue. I normally have cleaning done every three months. I feel that the bed side manner has gone way down and the patient care is even worse. Be advised to check first with this company and be ready to find another dental service.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the dental staff, however my interactions with the administrative staff over the phone have been quite different. With the exception of one person, the phone staff have been noticeably dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with ongoing insurance issues over the past year, and instead of receiving assistance or basic courtesy, I’ve been met with attitude and frustration. I work 16-hour days in a customer-facing role and always maintain a positive and respectful tone, so I don’t believe there’s any reason for the behavior I’ve experienced. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this has been a repeated issue for over a year and it deserves attention. The dental team is great, but the administrative phone staff need to address their customer service and professionalism.

I always look forward to seeing my hygienist, Jess. Between her and Dr Coughlin, my experience is always a pleasure. Jess does an excellent job (with no pain) and her personality is amazing. Love Dr Coughlin and his fantastic bedside manner.

Bought full dentures, paid cash which seemed to be insult to doctor at beginning, teeth fit but were a little small, used dentures glue, went for authorized one visit because of cash payment. Went for visit notified dentist they were flexing, made small adjustment sent more. Month later uppers split down middle, repaired for $300, sent home. Few weeks later split again, repaired with plastic mesh. Notified doctor working parttime now, but was going out for shoulder repair that day, no back up for him as private company. Three-week split again. Original problem never addressed. 12/10/25. Christmas coming, no teeth, no doctor to go, but hooe Dr. Coughlin get a good shoulder from my money. Lol lol lol lol lol

Dr. Coughlin is the best. Needed some corrective work before moving and he made sure it happened. Truly cares about his patients. Top tier professional work.
