East Longmeadow Dental is the kind of practice that people are referring to when they say they miss the good old days. Honest, family-like treatment by people you truly trust. Melissa is the sweetest person you will meet at any front desk. She's the heart and soul, welcoming everyone with her smile and positive attitude. Dr. Z has no competition. His skill in fixing what's broken and honesty in leaving what's not is rarely seen these days. He's seen me through dental care during my pregnancies when I really needed someone I trusted to do the job, and for the over a decade that I've been a patient. Although I have close to an hour drive from home, it's worth the trip. His new hygienist is just as great as he and Melissa are. The team works together really well. Happy staff = happy customers. Thank you for your many years of service.

Dr. Z and his staff are amazing! They are always so welcoming and put my mind at ease no matter what I’m having done. They are knowledgeable about any questions I have and provide a cost before planning any procedures/costly dental work. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a stress free dental appointment. The office and dental staff made me feel like family from day one.

I've always hated the dentist. Never had good experiences... Dentist =discomfort & pain. This all changed when I had no choice but to find a dentist for my spiteful neglect. I chose to see Dr. Z @East Longmeadow Family Dental probably 13+ years ago. I have never regretted that choice. He had his work cut out for him with me... He said - don't worry we will fix it! & he kept his word. If I ever have a problem or emergency I can always count on him & words can't express that kind of appreciation! Very caring, compassionate & informative dentist. I don't know what I'll ever do if he deservingly retires some day! The rest of the staff is second to none! ❤️ The best of the best always! I look forward to my visits though they are much farther & fewer between now 😉

Excellent! Had a dental emergency and was seen the same day for an extraction. Extremely kind, gentle and personable staff. Dr. Z was great and quick & painless! I have already switched over and booked my next cleaning and yearly visit as well as my son's yearly visit. Was very impressed and highly recommend!

I went in for a front lower molar tooth extraction. I went home after the procedure and my jaw started getting so sore where I could hardly open my mouth to eat. I called family dental about the pain I was experiencing so they told me to come in for a follow-up appointment. The Dr tells me I have tmj without an x-ray and the charges me for the follow up appointment. Ive had an x-ray done and there is no tmj and my mouth has totally healed. The fact remains he wrenched my jaw during the extraction with his shakey hands. Then he had the nerve to charge me
