Everyone at this practice treats you like a friend. Even though I have never loved a dentist office, I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces. They care. They really do. They don’t push for procedures if you are not ready. They share the issues and encourage. When the time comes they are gently and patient. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

At Handcrafted Dentistry, every hygienist is gentle and thorough, the front desk is friendly and efficient, emergency care is well managed, and exams and treatment plans are detailed with good follow up. Although I began many years ago with Dr. Eaker, I later continued with Dr. Singleton and Dr. Borchardt. They are all professional and attentive, and I highly recommend this practice.

Been a happy patient since Dr. Eaker started out. Very pleased to have Dr. Singleton & Dr. Borchardt take care of me now, and I mean genuine CARE, professional and personal. The team really does treat you like family; that’s why patients have stayed with the practice for decades. And Donna, hygienist, is wonderful!

I originally went to a different dentist when I moved to the NC area, but I didn’t fully trust the decisions they made with my teeth. I had a coworker who recommended Handcrafted Dentistry, and I’m so grateful. I LOVE THEM. My experience with them is above and beyond - in terms of their personal care and advanced technology (oh, and the comfiest dental chairs ever IYKYK) - I moved and now live 30 minutes from them but would NEVER change dentists. Could not recommend them more. They are a family, not a corporation 💜

Donna is a fabulous hygienist. She’s very smart; I learn something new with every visit. She’s also thorough and careful, precise and gentle. The time seems to go by quickly because Donna is so kind and pleasant.
