Dr. Thomas A. Leech, DDS

My wife and I are new patients of Thomas A. Leech and have been really impressed with our experience. Our previous dentist retired and we were referred by a friend. Dr. Noah has been very thorough in his evaluation and treatment. We could not be more pleased with our overall experience and feel extremely confident under Dr. Noah's care.

They were informed that my dependent daughter's insurance had been cancelled by my ex-husband (which I did not know) and also knew that I was financially responsible for her. Rather than contact me prior to her appointment to see if she had other insurance or if I still wanted to keep the appointment without insurance coverage, they not only went ahead with the appointment, but also made it a very expensive one by doing full x-rays (similar to what another reviewer experienced). I was a long-time client and they knew my situation well. I found out when I received the bill. When I called Dr. Leech's office, the front desk person felt certain I would get some relief - at least a discount to only have to pay what they would have received through the insurance, but instead I was billed the full 100% cost, thus increasing their profit at my expense.

Avoid this dentist if you're on Duke health/dental insurance. They are out of network and will not bother to let you know that before your appointment. I learned the hard way and got a $220 bill for a routine cleaning. Spoke with an insurance rep who informed me that Dr. Leech's office charges rates almost twice as high as other providers in the area for the same services. I called to negotiate the bill. They said they would discuss it with Dr. Leech and call me back. I didn't hear anything for 2 months and then received a letter threatening legal action.

My experience at Thomas A Leech DDS was excellent. My appointments are always on time and the staff is friendly. Dr. Noah was thorough in his work and his calming beside manor put me at ease. I highly recommend Thomas A Leech DDS to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Dr. Noah is a fantastic dentist. His appointments run on-time, he is professional, thorough, and talented and his office hours are very accommodating for working professionals. Dr. Noah went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and health, even checking on me after fillings. Very grateful to have a regular dentist that I trust so much!

Dr. Leech is the most talented, caring and generous man I've known in this Industry. Dr Leech has been our DDS for the past 25+ years.. When my position was eliminated, and my Dental Insurance was cancelled, he charged $ 0.00 for treatment....unbelievable. A Truly great person !!! Best Regards, Robert Hogan

I have been a patient of Dr MacRae Noah for two years, and I have to say that going to the dentist is no longer an anxiety producing experience. His office staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Noah has a very comfortable and professional manner with his patients, which instills confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Noah.
