Perfect Teeth Dental - Central

GRiN Pediatric Dentistry was so welcoming and made my child feel completely comfortable. A huge thank you to Brianne for going above and beyond—she was kind, gentle, and truly amazing with my child. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time. I always enjoy my experience during the appointment. However, for this visit, I had previously scheduled my appointment for January 2. I got a text message a few weeks prior that just canceled my appointment, no explanation given. When I called to reschedule, I found out that it was canceled because the office was closed that day. I feel like that is lack of good customer service. If the office decides to close on the day someone has previously scheduled an appointment, the office should call and let the client know why the reschedule is needed, and not just cancel it with no explanation. Just wanted to let you guys know that for future reference. My opinion is that it is very unprofessional and it surprised me when that happened after visiting your location without any negative experiences.

I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist Susan was so gentle and explained each step as she went, she is the best, and Dr.Choi really took the time to listen and answer my questions without rushing. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just their teeth. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and smiling a little brighter.

The hygienist insisted I get a deep cleaning bc of "gum disease " and I feel like since they have all contracting dentists they have to push extra services to make more $. Not looking forward to transferring to Glendale location. Also Angela (?)the dental assistant 2xs now she has put her hands in my mouth with gloves on but I swear they are dirty bc it’s a stanky stench. So I will be asking to not be seen by her. Are they regulated by joint commission? Bc is was seriously gross

The dentist was nice but they never cleaned my teeth. I went in for a routine cleaning on my new insurance in my new neighborhood. I went in the doctor said my teeth looked good and then the hygienist said my gums were so terrible it would cost me $3000 to get my gums sorted out. I told them "no, thank you" and left. I went to my original dentist in my old neighborhood and had no issues whatsoever with my gums... I would not suggest going there.

I went to Perfect Teeth Central for years 7 years, and this practice has gone significantly downhill since Dr. Venuto retired. I had a filling done spring 2024, and it was the hastiest, rushed procedure I’ve ever had. It felt odd as soon as that evening when the numbing wore off. I went in, and the other dentist (both new) "fixed it," by filing it the net week. It still didn’t feel quite right, but the staff assured me it was normal and would be fine in a few days. I ended up switching to another dentist closer to my new job, and they told me the filling was basically done terribly and broken. It had to be completely replaced less than 6 months after it was put in, and this is completely due to bad dental practices on Perfect Teeth’s part. I saw the images, and the filling looked awful, like a kid put it in, not even addressing the actual dental issue. Not to mention they can’t keep hygienist or admin staff, so someone to answer phones/return calls and even offer appointment availability is extremely limited. Don’t go here, it’s just a waste of time and money.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Perfect Teeth with Susan, RDH. Her professionalism, gentle touch, and genuine care for her patients make every visit comfortable and stress-free. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always goes the extra mile to ensure you're at ease. Her passion for oral health truly shows, and it’s clear she loves what she does.
