The team at Midtown Dental cannot be beaten. I was having issues with my insurance coverage, and they really helped me. They were very understanding yet firm on the need for evidence of coverage. Laim and the whole front office team is great. Dr. G. is fantastic. He evaluated my tooth issue, prioritized the tooth with pain and made an immediate referral. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand the options. I don't like dealing with pain or dental issues, but the team at Midtown made it much easier.

I've been going to Midtown Dental for the last year and have had such a positive experience. As a private practice, it has a more community-oriented feel rather than corporate, which is so nice. Dr. Benefield and all the staff have been caring, methodical and professional. I recently had to get two crowns, which is not a fun experience, but the whole process was explained to me so I knew what to expect, including a quote from my insurance beforehand. Grateful to have Midtown Dental in the neighborhood and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Started here being a child, had to come back due to Comfort Dental being trash and all other referrals. Never fails-still#1... Images of your teeth, 3d screens on buildup to fight the problem, product recommendations to keep money in the pocket... Please support them guys given Comfort Dental who actually should be turned in for fraud, are taking the patients they need .. Medicaid approved!!! I now feel comfortable in my own skin again!!! My doctor's the business!!! Thanks Midtown Receptionist doesn't play any games either... She's on the patients side and will demand forms, paperwork etc to get you the help you came in for... Work ethic amazing!!! Honest

I cannot recommend Dr. Benefield highly enough. From start to finish, it is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and comfort. I recently had a crown procedure done, and I was deeply impressed by his attention to detail. He didn’t just finish the job; he double-checked every aspect of the fit and bite to ensure it was absolutely perfect. The result looks and feels great. If you are looking for a dentist who prioritizes quality and patient care, Dr. Benefield is the best choice.

Dr T has been a good dentist for me for several years. I'll be looking for another practice unfortunately because whenever I need to change my appointment with 3-4 months notice they can't find any time for an additional 6 months. When Im booking an appt that is 6 months out sometimes things change and yet they never have any options. I didn't try to cancel or reschedule with little to no notice, literally months in advance and I'm tired of it.

I’ve been going to Midtown since September, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Everyone — from the front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. Benefield — is professional, kind, and welcoming. I always feel well taken care of.
