I had such an amazing experience at this dentist office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Sophia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy to understand by clearly going over pricing for all the treatments I needed. She was patient, kind, and made the whole process stress-free. Karissa, the assistant, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything in a way that made sense and gave me so much clarity about my treatment, which I really appreciated. Overall, the team took such great care of me, and I truly felt valued as a patient. I’ll definitely be coming back and making this my main dentist office. Highly recommend!

Like most folks, the thought of going to the dentist used to send chills up my spine… Not so with Ideal Dental, I honestly look forward to it. I have been going there for several years and have had numerous procedures (cleanings, cavity filings, caps, tooth extraction, and dentures) all of these were handled skillfully, efficiently and professionally. The dentist and staff take the time to explain procedures and to ensure the comfort of the patients. I strongly recommend Ideal Dental Teasley!

The people here are truly wonderful. Special kudos to Emily for doing an amazing job; if she is taking care of you then you’re genuinely lucky. Caroline and the rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming as well.

The worst dentist in town and this is coming from someone who enjoyed going to the dentist before coming here. I started my ortho treatment about 3 years ago, starting my braces journey with another doctor who was truly amazing. She ended up leaving for personal reasons; leaving this office with a horrible doctor. I was in my last months of my treatment, power chains & rubber bands were issued. This new dr showed up & he pushed back all my progress, taking off my power chain leaving gaps in between my teeth for months. Once I brought this concern up and he caught an attitude with me. I apologized for questioning his work but he ignored me and walked away. Fast forward to my last month, taking off my braces was extremely painful. From many friends and family I was told prior that it should be just a little discomfort but not painful. As he was cleaning my teeth he made my whole bottom row of my gums bleed. I expressed my pain… this man then tells me "Just be happy" and once again walks away. Weeks after getting them off my bottom row was so sensitive. Im so unhappy with my teeth as I still have a gap in between my front teeth. Just recently I came in to pick up my new retainer, that was told would be mailed to me since I live over an hour away. They never sent it out and on top of that they order the wrong tray. Which I found out after I was charged. They had to do another scan since my teeth have shifted and still planned on charging me for a retainer that wasn’t guaranteed to fit. This office is extremely unprofessional and money hungry.
