Dr. Jonathan George is the best dentist I have ever had. He is kind, professional, and very intelligent. He knows what he’s doing and always makes sure my concerns are heard. I could not recommend him enough and hope to have him as my dentist forever! The staff at Hickory Creek is also amazing- they are very friendly and cultivate a great atmosphere.

This place over charges even with insurance, adds fees after they give you a certain rate because "they forgot to charge you for something from the visit before", makes your son wait for five hours to not even provide the service you were scheduled and paid for because "their machine" wasn’t working. Sure.. it’s in their best interest so they can get us to keep coming back so they can continue to bill insurance for temporary solutions instead of fulfilling the permanent one they were paid for but that is not how you keep your patients. Will be looking for another in network dentist and potentially taking further action.

I was nervous about going to a new dentist and was pleasantly surprised with my visit. Dr. George and his team were absolutely wonderful. They were patient with all of my questions and I left feeling grateful for their time and attention. I’m now switching my husband and kids to this office as well. I highly recommend this location.

My dental experience with Hickory Dental has been a great experience. Friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists, I’m able to book appointments quickly if an emergency arises. I’ve been happy with my dental care and treatment. Highly recommend.

I initially came in feeling very nervous, as I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time. From the time I arrived I was met with kindness and compassion from the entire team. Dr. George was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. Rozi and Marie were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. They changed my whole outlook on going to the dentist. I highly recommend!

I had been going to HCDG for a couple of years. I didn't really have time or the desire to look into why I was being charged so much at every visit. I have insurance, so why are things so expensive? When I called their office the first time to find out the answers to these questions, I was told that they would look into it and would get back to me. I didn't get a call back. But the confirmations for appts. kept on coming to my emails. So, after a little research, my instincts were correct. Not only was I being charged "per quadrant" for my periodontal maintenance, but I DIDN'T need to visit every 4 months like I was told to. Plus, when I finally did get a list of procedures that was to be done for me at my next visit, it included some sort of laser treatment that I never have received. I guess they threw that on a quote/plan for good measure?? So, I went to another location. They are charging me a 1/4 of the price and I only need to go every 6 months. See ya HCDG!!

I had my second appointment, and I was told about procedures with no clear explanation or a chance to respond before she walked away. The dental assistant tried to explain better, and I asked her a question about it. She called my dentist, who happened to walk by, and told her I had a question about the procedure. She didn't even acknowledge me; she said I didn't need to talk to her. I understand work may be tedious as a healthcare worker, but I'd never respond to my patient in that manner.
