Why don't you answer your phone? And I call them multiple times over multiple days, i leave the information requested and never get a call back...... when I miss an appointment, you can't blame me........

After going to my first appointment here, I came away very pleased so I told my wife to check them out as well. She has bad genetics with her teeth and needs more intensive, thoughtful care. At this point, she's been there at least 5 times with very little complaints (complaints are more on the side of general dentistry gripes) and the bills were reasonable priced. We are very happy to have found Dr. Castilla's practice.

I would give Mid Ohio Dental 500 stars if I could. After 20 plus calls to find a Dentist to take Caresource (Medicaid) they were the only ones who accept accepted it in my area. They got me in the very next day for a broken tooth. The Dentist is great and very thorough. Karen, the Office Manager, was wonderful and made me feel at ease assuring me they would address any/and all concerns I had. Thanks so much Mid Ohio Dental. ♡

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They walked me through getting my first set of dentures. They did a great job and were super kind. They can be a little slow calling back when you leave a message but that's because they're a small office. But being a small family-owned business is what sets them apart from the bigger places.

The staff are so friendly...They pretty much treat you like family...very caring and helpful ..I have nothing bad to say at all...they really helped me in a time of need...if I ever need a dentist I would definitely go back to them 💯

I went to see a dentist (who shall remain unnamed) because a filling had fallen out, and I was prescribed more than $2900 worth of dental work even with insurance, including an extraction, two crowns, and a deep cleaning and repair for severe gum disease. I found that highly suspicious because my gums appeared healthy. The curt and aloof demeanor of the dentist and the somewhat messy office also gave me pause. So I went to Dr. Jack Castilla at Mid Ohio Dental for a second opinion, and the difference in attitude and service was night and day. Dr. Castilla was amiable, calming, and exceedingly gentle, and his staff couldn't be more helpful. The office was kept spotlessly clean, even though it was under renovation. An examination by Dr. Castilla revealed two cavities and a filling that needed redone, in addition to the one that had fallen out. No gum disease was found. Total cost with insurance was just over $600. The work was performed painlessly and flawlessly, and I came away impressed by Dr. Castilla's professionalism and honesty. Needless to say, I would highly recommend his practice.

I have a long story but I will make this short as I can. So I went to a dentist they couldn't help me and referred me to a dentist that wanted like 6k😳😑 to pull all my teeth. They were in very bad shape and un saveable due to stress, genetics, and a few other things that caused them to deteriorate rapidly about 5 years ago😔. I also was getting to the point that the infection from them was going to kill me. So I called everyone to try to get in immediately and no one could help me so I was in defeat and then I found this place and they got me in that day and started pulling them 1 week from that moment and they didn't charge me a ton of money thankfully. So basically they saved my life and I appreciate them tons for this thank you.
