The good:The office staff and the hygienist are amazing. I also generally loved their dental work. Location is darling and very clean. The dentist are skilled in assessment and I felt very confident in their ability with nearly everything. I saw two female dentists that were very skilled. The bad: I would not go here for any oral surgery with Dr.Culley. He is a nice guy in person. I had a tooth removed and was in a lot of pain after the procedure….I made it through, but expressed concerns about pain with the next step, but was told over the counter medication was enough. I ended up with an implant and bone graft. I was once again in pain, I called twice on Friday,with voicemails, without response. I suffered through tears/ not sleeping on the weekend. They called me back Monday, but at that point I decided never again to go back. I have had fluid trapped in the surgical site and it has been 7 months. I did not go back for the checkup because I was still fuming over my pain. My bone graft didn’t take and now I am heading to a more experienced maxofacial surgeon. They will have to redo the bone graft and take out the implant that I’m being told is too narrow for a molar 🦷. Moral of the story; wonderful for routine care, but seek a specialist for implants and surgeons who understand pain management.

Dr. Culley and team are amazing. Over the weekend, I had an old filling come loose. I called the team and they got me in immediately. Dr. Culley did a quick review, and within 20 minutes I had a new filling. Best of all - I didn't even feel a pinch. I've been coming here for a few years, and would highly suggest!

Dr. Culley is very polite and friendly and explains things thoroughly as he is doing them. My appointment for crown replacement went very smoothly, and pain free! I also very much appreciate the fact they are on schedule.

Of course no one really likes going to the dentist, but I really like Dr. Culley and his staff. I’m always seen quickly. The office is efficient. I had a filling today and I was brought back to the chair before my appointment technically even started and was done in less than 30 min, which is great!

I moved here recently and needed a new dentist. I have been for a cleaning and filling. All the staff is nice. The office manager up front was extremely helpful with checking if my insurance would be accepted. All my costs not covered by insurance have been reasonable. I have seen Dr. Cully and Dr. Brown and both are great. I would highly recommend this practice.

First visit to Watermark Dental. I was greeted very warmly and the staff were so friendly. My hygentist Abby was very competent and made a great effort to make me feel comfortable. I found Dr. Culley easy to interact with. He, too, was very competent . I think I made a good choice!

Dr. Culley and the staff at both locations are amazing. As a new patient, getting an extraction and bone graft, I felt confident that I was getting quality care. Dr. Culley and his assistant explained every step of the procedure as we went and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend Watermark Dental.
