I have had nothing but horror stories when it comes to dentists and then I met Dr. P and his staff and wow. From my very first appointment I was so comfortable as things were explained to me, they did tell me I needed to have a root canal done and I was terrified from my previous experience having one done. But Dr. P and Shea made me feel comfortable and even confident about my root canal. Come time for the appointment and it was the most seamless and painless procedure I’ve ever had. They checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze during my procedure. They were aware and attentive from beginning to end. Some of the most amazing staff I’ve encountered. Karen at the front desk is such a sweetheart too! I would recommend them 100x over, hands down the best. P.S. free ice cream after your procedure! What more could you want!?

My first time at Galleria dental was great; the staff was kind and attentive. Dr. Pollack was straightforward and did not push any extra treatments but did provide options should I want them. Very good price point as well for a first time patient!

Everyone at this office is so nice and helpful! Shey in particular made sure i was comfortable the whole time and walked me through every step of the process. Karen at the front desk got my appointment scheduled quickly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Pollack was knowledgeable and explained everything to me, and was also very friendly. Highly recommend 🙂

Three years of not having been to a dentist was fixed at Galleria. They laid out the plan, what insurance would cover, what my costs would be, and a time frame for it. Made it all simple. Dr. Pollack went over all options. His work was really good while always checking in on my comfort level. His dental tech Alex did her work smoothly and helped put me at ease. Karen in the front office took care of all the billing and insurance questions. Great people all around

I called a lot of places looking to get a dental scan of my teeth for a cosmetic procedure I am doing overseas and ended up travelling to Charlotte because no one in my town could help me with what I needed. This clinic was the only place that actually took the time to hear my situation, offer a real solution, and not try to charge me hundreds of dollars like every other office I contacted. They were super responsive, the office is beautiful, and they even offered me water before we started. Overall it was honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. These are genuinely good people.

I have a had such a great experience. I requested An appt online and got a response rather quickly I was able to be seen for an emergency appt. Dr Pollack was awesome. He even checked me in at the reception desk Staff was also great. The day of my procedure I’m usually very very anxious and my anxiety levels would be through the roof . But nope I was relaxed n comfortable. I mean everything from the start to finish was 100 stars. At check out staff gave us instructions do’s and donts and a GOODIE bag MY FAVORITE !!! ❤️ if I could really give Galleria Dental more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and thank you for taking your time with me !!! I will be referring other family friends for sure !!!

Dr. Pollock and all the staff at Galleria Dental are incredible! They are so kind, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Dr. Pollock explains everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand way, and presents your options without recommending unnecessary things (which other dentists I’ve gone to have). Dr. Pollock and my dental hygienist, Alex, are gentle during the dental work and check in with you regularly to make it as comfortable as possible. They are just really great people and do great work! Highly recommend them.
