Very nice establishment! They have a massage chair for you while you wait to be seated. TVs in abundance, while you are getting your work done. Staff is super friendly and good to be around. They actively show you your x rays and explain things so you actually UNDERSTAND what you’re getting and why. The staff and Adonis gave me tips and advice on how to maintain my teeth as well. If you’re new to Charlotte and are looking for a Dentist Office, I highly recommend Empire.

My experience at Empire Dental was outstanding experience. From the moment I called and made our appointments, the entire team made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff is warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful — they set the tone for the whole visit. Dawn & Dr.Ifefi were exceptional! They took their time explaining everything clearly with pictures and technology. Their attention to detail, conversation, gentle approach is very much appreciated. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ long-term health, not just quick fixes. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating an environment that feels both highly competent and genuinely compassionate. I’m so grateful to have found this office for our time in Charlotte.
