Kenmore Dental Associates, PLLC

I just had my first cleaning here, and I'm very impressed. The building is nice and open, and the hygienists have their own dedicated spaces, which is a big change from all the other dentists I have encountered in the area. The staff were nice and helpful, and everyone seemed calm and relaxed, which helped make a calm atmosphere to the office. I'm having some cavities taken care of, so I will update after that.

If you're a busy person looking for a business with professionalism and communication skills, this place is not it. New patient here. Confirmed my appointment, double booked my slot, didn't receive communication that my appointment was given away to someone else. Walked in and questioned as if I had no appointment at all. This was not a good experience for me, my schedule is super locked tight busy and this business dropped the ball and made it worse with their lack of customer service. I was spoken to from across the room which was distasteful. Zero patient advocacy. I found a friendly dental office over the phone after I left this horrible experience, they were nice enough to fit me as a new patient without a waitlist and being double booked without an explanation.

The team at KDA was absolutely wonderful. I’m usually nervous about going to the dentist. I walked in pretty anxious, and walked out feeling extremely happy that I went. The ladies at the front were very kind and inviting. Stephanie was my hygienist, and was a delight! She made me feel extremely comfortable, and was great to talk with! Dr. Christopher was also great! Very very happy with this service, and excited for my next appointment!

I thought i found a good dental office until I had to wait months for appointments unless I was spending money outside my insurance coverage. They don't except care credit unless you spend over $600. They are not organized and do not give. accurate info about procedure billing. They are all about the money. Very rude in billing explanations. If you're Medicare Advantage please be vigilant .

I grew up being afraid of going to the dentist. If I had the professionals at KDA helping me, I never would have been anxious about an appointment. Super friendly, educational, and professional.

Incredible Practice with wonderful staff. Dr.Burke takes his time with everything letting you know what to expect.Dr.Becker is very knowledgeable and is wonderful as well.All of the dental hygienist are wonderful and do an incredible job. The office staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this practice for all of your dental needs.

5 stars for the dentist! 0 stars for staff that takes and makes calls. after insurance takes care of their end this place will call and harass you for money in a very nasty way. went in this office with insurance that's covered thousands, and from the first visit i was up front with the dentist that I came from ub dental and cannot afford crowns or extensive work. I had a terrible toothache he got me out of pain filled some cavities that were covered by insurance and gave antibiotics.rude rude women that called went on for 10 minutes about how services aren't free and was demanding payment over the phone. won't be back don't have time for rude people
