Overall the staff has nice personalities. As far as the dental work? I cannot give a positive review. I had cavities filled recently after not going to the dentist for years out of fear. The process itself was okay but the after effects are terrible. I had pain in some spots due to improper filling that was "fixed twice". And I can no longer floss other teeth because the fillings molded them together. When asking for a fix, I was dismissed and told "That happens with these types of fillings." They drilled and filed to "fix" the issues without numbing and making me feel like it was my fault they were done improperly. If the issues are common, why not make sure the patient can floss comfortably before leaving? The issue still exists, I cannot even get floss between my teeth and my gums have sores due to trying to force the floss in. I am so disheartened by the lack of professionalism and compassion. Now I have to find a new dentist to fix the problem because I am afraid to be treated like I don't matter at this place again. Patients deserve better.

I had a few fillings done by Dr. Su - every one has fallen out. I take good care of my teeth (brushing 2x daily, flossing, etc) and the last filling just fell out in pieces while flossing. He conned me into buying "gum fillings" at $75 a pop and all of the other dental work had no lasting effect. So not worth the investment. The staff was friendly but only go here if you want to pay someone else to fix his work.

As a person who's teeth have suffered due to a paralyzing fear of "dentists" Dr. Su( The Tooth Whisperer)has changed all that. Very patient and caring(almost empathetic) to his clients, and acts very friendly and personable.He gives you your options and allows u to be the boss. He's also honest and not trying to make a buck off you just to make extra money .There is minimal to zero wait time and his staff are also so very friendly and helpful. Dr.Su desrves more than 5 stars but thats yelps limit. Thank you Dr. Su for not only being available to your patience 24/7 but i look forward to dental visits now.😃

Wow 👍! Unexpected surprise 👍! The stones deep in my teeth are finally cleared away! I have been to two other clinics and have not cleaned it up. I feel very uncomfortable every time I eat for two years. Today, Celine is very high-level, very responsible, and thoroughly cleaned 👍! Thank you Celine!!!

Once my teeth were pain and I was traveling at the Buffalo city. Jack is very nice. He checked my teeth and said it was just sensitive. He put a layer of sealing and promised it would work for at least half an year. Actually I never had that problem again.

I took my mom to Dr. Su's office for a lost filling and he did a great job fixing it for her. He is very nice and knowledgeable and he has great hand skills. The staff are very friendly and accomodating also!

My son is a patience of Dr. Su for over 4 years. My son love it there. Dr. Su and his staffs are amazing. They are very accommodating with my schedule... Dr. Su is knowledgeable and caring for his patiences.
