This is not your traditional dental office. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the service throughout was consistent. They give you the option to brush your teeth before your appointment starts, pick your toothpaste flavor and pick a show to watch during your cleaning. They explain everything before they do it which I think could be helpful for people who are afraid of the dentist. The hygienist (I think her name was Eliana) was especially kind and explained things with visuals, which I appreciated! I also noticed their materials are quite high tech. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend tend!

Doctor Dowon Lee is considerate, gentle, and very efficient with her treatment. If you are looking for a painless and time efficient day at the dentist, come there. I had a filling and multiple early cavity reversing treatment done in under 30 minutes. The hygienist Talia is also very good. 10/10 would recommend!

Very thorough compassionate and quick Care. As a nervous patient I felt very calm and at ease with the doctor, Dr Lee, hygienist Ileana and technician Kendra. I really liked how proactive they were and also helped me plan and care for my teeth before and the process for after surgery. The care coordinator Serina ( I apologize if I misspelled) was clear and very thorough in helping me with the breakdown and costs which initially was very anxiety provoking as someone on a limited income but she was able to explain everything in detail and work out a plan so I can continue to get the treatment I desperately needed. I had a very great experience today I was greeted for my appointment. Everyone was very professional. They were very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and had me watch whatever movie I wanted to. I was explained what to expect and what it will cost me. I was told the benefits of having the work done and also the risk. I will highly recommend to Tend on Livingston Street to all my coworkers.

I had an excellent experience at my dentist appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Ileana Ciprian was excellent, and I felt very good about my cleaning. The dentist explained everything clearly, and the procedure was quick and painless. The office was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this dental practice!
