Good dentist, terrible customer service. Looking at the recent comments this is a trend. They don’t care how long you’ve been going or how much money you’ve spent. They’ll still cancel on you less than 24h. Asked for the same $100 courtesy they charge us should we cancel last minute and they said I was welcome to take my teeth elsewhere! What kind of business does that to a decades old customer. Loyalty is only as deep as your pocket book.

Speaking from another dental professional- I can not speak to anyone in this practice other than Pam, a receptionist at the front desk. I have never had a worse interaction with a practice. Nasty behavior, I hope she treats the patients better. I was hung up on not once but 2x.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone who works in this office. I have server trauma from my childhood dentist who was later convicted of fraud and the dentist causes me severe panic attacks. I’ve needed extensive work done in the last few months and while it was difficult for me, I always felt safe and cared for. I’ve been into the office four times now and each time I was with different staff members who worked to make sure I was comfortable and helped me to make the best decisions for my teeth AND my mental health. I can’t recommend them enough. Picture of me, a 38 year old woman, with the stuffed animal they gave me so I would stop digging my nails into my skin.

Worst experience. Staff and the dentist are polite, friendly, but not trustworthy. They are very disorganized. Staff and the dentist provided inconsistent information. They seemed to be attentive to the patients, but they actually messed every possible thing up, made serious delays, and carelessly communicated incorrect information, impacting on patients' health and decisions mistakenly.

All three are wonderful! I never have a bad experience here and I’ve been going for 10 year. Dr Aziz is my primary but I love them all. Support staff are also the greatest. Going to the dentist is rough but they make the experience as gentle as possible.

I highly recommend Dr Aziz. She always listens to my current situation, assessing the condition of dental hygiene routine, giving me helpful suggestions on how I can improve. I am grateful for her conscientious approach. She’s totally adaptable in caring for my granddaughter ‘s teeth (6 years old) as well. Five stars for Dr Aziz

Both Dr. Terlet and Dr. Aziz have taken care of my dental needs most effectively. I have chosen Dr. Aziz as my primary dentist. They are both very experienced and professional, they are also kind, warm, and sensitive to my particular needs. Plus I have found Dr. Aziz to be meticulous in her work and very skilled in working on my teeth without causing me any discomfort. I have had both teeth cleaning, fillings and installation of implants done very well and painlessly. Brava! I highly recommend them.
