I had a great experience getting my cleaning here and an extraction. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. They took the time to explain things clearly and educated me on better dental care without being pushy. It’s great to have a local dentist that’s both affordable and provides high quality care. 10 out 10 experience.

The extra attention to my teeth emergency was more than my expectations. Dr Mirhadi and the fine dedicated staff took care of my problems in fixing the teeth involved. One of the best, if not the best, dentists I have gone to. The office is gorgeous, the staff is extremely kind and competent, the technology is top of the line or near (immediate X-rays and 3d scan of my teeth + bite), much more thorough exam and cleaning than I’m used to, in a very good way.

They are fantastic. They are thorough with their exams, they take the time to talk to you and they care about you and your family. They are in a brand new office space and all of their new space and updates are coming along nicely.

Update secondary visit was very* stressful, I show up and I was given a shell shock bill for $700 to do a crown and when I asked why wasn’t I contacted about the bill prior to me coming? I just was VERY shell shocked.. usually 80% is covered not 50% with my insurance… and when I asked to relook and work with my insurance to reschedule so I can figure it all out the front office lady charged me a $200 reschedule fee! She said it "not a notice we call on and she got defensive implying she had 100 of clients to handle" but I was highly confused after explaining anything of high amount I usually get a call prior to a surgery or appointment for my doctors or surgeons stanford, but I did have Amazing first time experience .. I absolutely loved everyone here. Very high tech equipment and takes time to explain everything. Very clean and went over all my intake on medications and very detailed into all my care. Oh and I loved the office setting I was going to have my family go here but the front office lady definitely shell shocked me

I had to postpone my original appointment because of a family emergency. The office was understanding and worked with me to reschedule. I am about half way through Invisalign treatment. When I came in for my next set of trays Gladys kindly shared visuals to confirm progress thus far. Dr. Tong evaluated the fit of the new set of trays and answered my questions. The office is a beautiful new space and the calm, expertise and camaraderie among the staff makes for a pleasing experience—defying all negative stereotypes of "going to the dentist."

This whole staff is the best! Doctors are gentle and kind, especially for those of us with dental anxiety. Office staff and hygienists are also great! Been going here for years and always have a good experience. The entire staff helped out with my latest dental trauma—fitting me in for multiple appointments and at the last minute, and all helping out, from the doctors to the assistants to the office staff. I couldn’t be more grateful!!
