Everyone in the office is wonderful. They are all professional, efficient, and caring. My very first dentist as a child was Michael McRory, once he retired I continued my dental journey with his son Eric McRory. Because of the amazing care I have received with the McRory’s, I have never had a fear of the dentist. I cannot say enough about them, and am so very thankful and proud to say Eric McRory is my dentist. Northside Dental is top notch and honestly a true ‘one in a million’. Thank you all for being so amazing!!!

On my initial visit with Dr McRory, I was impressed with the courtesy, attention, and promptness given to me as a new patient. After completing my front teeth filling treatment, due to a fall, I have to give special kudos to Dr McRory for his excellent and detailed craftsmanship and to Rachel for her keen eye matching tooth color and tooth contour. They make a great team. And the result - teeth restored to a perfect smile!

I appreciated Dr. Eric McRory''s demeanor and communication style. Where lots of dentists talk to you from behind your shoulder, he walks around to speak you. It's a small thing, but this nonverbal cue signals that his approach is oriented to your comfort & understanding. He also listens well. And he's an inlay woodworker and fine cabinetry maker?! Perfect skill set for a craft dentist.

From the front desk team to my hygienist Mickey to Dr. Duckles and her assistant Rachael, this office is truly something special. I never thought I’d say this, but I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist. They somehow manage to make every appointment feel calm, collaborative, and surprisingly fun. I always feel heard and never rushed. They clearly explain my treatment plan and thoughtfully consider my benefits, my budget, and my long-term oral health. It feels like they’re on my team, not just checking boxes. Dr. Duckles and Rachael complement each other beautifully. You can tell they love what they do, and their dynamic makes the whole experience feel seamless. They also always make me laugh, which feels like a rare and magical talent in a dental chair. Mickey makes cleanings feel easy and relaxed, and the front desk staff sets the tone the moment you walk in. I have never felt so cared for or genuinely seen at a dental office. Five stars isn’t enough. I’d give more if I could.

As usual, everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. I know that Dr McCrory makes every effort to have a cohesive and compatible team, and it shows. They almost make it a pleasure to have dental work done!

I called them up on a Friday having an issue and they right away set up an appointment for Monday and I wasn’t even a patient of theirs yet! Dr Duckles is taking care of my issues. My husband is also a patient, he is comfortable with Dr Duckles and he never has been that way before. She is taking amazing care of my husband and he has a lot of work to be done. So I’m very happy we found Dr Duckles.

As always all the staff are warm, welcoming, helpful, and make you feel like family. I met Lauren for the first time today. She’s a winner. Professional, thorough, explaining everything, attentive, caring. She’s makes a good contribution to the family spirit of the office.
