My experience was great from the reception to thr dentist. Dr Vu was so thorough at explaining things to me. They were training a new dental assistant while I was having my teeth cleaned. The atmosphere was.so relaxed and respectful. My first time.in the office and am so glad I switched!

Dr Chen and crew have been absolutely stellar. I arrived back from overseas with an infected failed root canal/crown and within four days was getting an extraction and bone graft done - pain free no less. The vibe in the office is great. People are efficient and happy. What else can I say? It's been a great experience.

I have severe dental phobia. This was the first time that I had dental work done by my new dentist. This morning, I seriously thought about rescheduling. I am glad that I didn't. It was actually a pleasant experience. This dentist was like no other dentist that I have ever been to and I am 70 years old. She was very empathetic, gentle and kind. Thank God that I found her! I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist. I had only been there for an exam, a cleaning and to talk to the finance person (a very sweet lady too). The receptionist remembered my name. That is important to me. I cannot recommend Associate Implant & Family Dentistry highly enough.

I'm so scared of the dentist. I've had trauma. These folx are great. They listen, they don't judge (at least to my face lol.) They are so accommodating and really want your experience to be safe, thoughtful and thorough. I really appreciate these folx. I have to do another extraction and I'm confident in their care. Even though I have a "phobia", they address it and make super sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate their thoughtfulness. Give them a try. You might be surprised and get the much needed Healthcare you need.

I first came to Associate and Implant Family Dentistry after being absent from any dentist for at least 10 years. I'm terrified of dentists, as many are. I let my teeth go to the extent that they were literally crumbling out of my mouth. So not only did I not want the pain and discomfort of the dentist, I was embarrassed to have a dentist look at my teeth. I picked this dentist off google, based on a few reviews. I wasn't necessarily serious about taking on my dental problems. But Dr. Chen and his staff were so kind. They didn't make me feel gross or ashamed. We made a plan and got to work. They offer a variety of options to make nervous patients comfortable. I could never have undergone the treatments I have without some form of sedation. And they dont make you feel stupid for asking for it. Its now 2 years later and we are ALMOST done with all my issues, but I have a picture worthy smile already that I'm not afraid to show. Thank you Dr. CHEN and and all the staff who make me feel welcome every time I go!

Al&family dentistry has great customer service, im satisfied with the work i had done. The doctors that did my dental work made me feel comfortable and safe ,there's not to many dentist offices that has these qualities i very appreciative.

Had very good experiences so far establishing care. Efficient & Friendly office staff: been communicative via e-mail, responsive to inquiries, and effective at scheduling and communicating. Friendly and personable interactions with both Karen the hygienist & Dr. Chen. 10/10 would recommend so far.
