Northwest Dental and Denture

I had an older crown that had fallen off and needed to be re-glued. Dental assistant, Rhonda and Dr. Olsen took care of me in less than an hour. They accepted My dental insurance and I had no out-of-pocket expenses. Thank you Northwest Dental for your Excellent care.

Best Dentist Office I have ever used. Cody Carson, Dr. Ra, Rhonda, Tara, Monica, Anna and all the staff are extremely competent, experienced, and pleasant. Dr. Ra is awesomely gentle and patient. They accept many insurances, including mine. I would recommend Northwest Dental to everyone needing dental work.

Well we're not off to a good start. My daughter needed a dentist in the area since she is an out of state college student. She had an appointment in early January - and they called to cancel at the last minute due to "lack of staff." Ok, she rescheduled for a month later! Went to the appointment and they did not have any record of her with an appointment. Ok, so she was rescheduled AGAIN for weeks later. I asked if they even apologized and she said no, not really. Hmmmm.... thinking this may not be the new dentist she's looking for. FOLLOWUP: It's now 4 weeks later and once again THEY DID NOT HAVE HER ON THE SCHEDULE. Thankfully she called first to confirm. This is insane. What kind of a place is this?

What a great experience! I was very impressed with both the staff and the comfortable office environment at the Bellingham office of Northwest Dental. The reception staff were very kind, helpful and professional. The dental assistant that helped me with my impressions was amazing- she was very patient and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I usually get nervous at dental appointments, but the whole experience was smooth and seamless. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Such a great office! The staff is so friendly, and the dentist are so gentle and actually care about the person in their chair! You’re not just a number to them. They listen to your needs and wants. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My whole family have gone several times to both the Bellingham and Burlington offices and we have always received Excellent treatment. Dr Ra and Dr Han are highly skilled, gentle and reassuring professionals👍and my husband found Dr Reathm Azad to be so personable as well. **If you need any type of denture work, denturist Cody Carson is wonderful, talented and kind. Crystal🥰 and her front desk ladies Tara and Jessica are always helpful and friendly. Thank you Northwest Dental so much!
