Factoria Dentistry

I visited Factoria Dentistry this morning for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. Michelle was the first person I met, and she was very friendly and welcoming and put me right at ease from the get-go. Within 10 minutes of arriving I had my insurance and ID info scanned and was taken back to have a Cone Beam CT scan, which all first-time patients apparently have done, and several minutes later, Dr Kim warmly welcomed me to their practice. The exam was followed by a deep-clean procedure. Both procedures were quick and efficient and I look forward to Part II of the cleaning next week. It was a great experience at Factoria Dentistry and I am so glad that a friend of mine suggested them to me after he had enjoyed their services. As an added bonus, they accept my particular Medicare Advantage plan’s insurance, so I look forward to a long relationship with this practice.

I am very impressed with the skill, knowledge and ethics of this excellent dentist. He presents all options, from least expensive to most, explains fully. The front desk is welcoming and I am comfortable when I enter. I highly recommend Factoria Dentistry!

I had a dental emergency with severe pain and was honestly desperate to be seen. Dr. Kim at Factoria Dentistry was the only one who offered me a same-day appointment, and I’m so grateful they did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, efficient, and understanding of how much discomfort I was in. Dr. Kim was calm, thorough, and explained everything clearly before starting treatment. I felt genuinely cared for and not rushed at all. The procedure was handled smoothly, and my pain was relieved much faster than I expected. It’s such a relief to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and compassionate in emergency situations. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Factoria Dentistry, especially if you ever find yourself needing urgent dental care.

I had a great experience at Factoria Dentistry! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. This was easily one of the best dental experiences I've had and I highly recommend it!

Reliable dentist in the area who can deliver results to patients immediately. I had to look for a dentist in hurry as my tooth fractured. I called around. Factoria Dentistry listened to my concern over the phone and took me in right away. They took my insurance information and had everything ready to go by the time I got there. Same day crown was performed and I was out couple of hours later with the tooth fully restored. No pain. No problem with chewing. Will definitely return as I found my dentist.
