I'm a new patient and ofcourse nervous as I've had quite a few bad experiences thru the years. I did my research and was excited to know that all the Drs in this dental office were in my network, with decade years of experience and high techology. Yeah! Anh, at the front desk was welcoming and helped me with completing the forms. Felicia personally came to my chair and welcomed me warmly and reassured me that they will do there best to take care of me after the bad experience I had prior. Karina, the Assistant was very knowledgeable, experience and patient with taking a zillion pics from all angles. Then came in, was Dr. Jacqueline Tuazon. She was like a bright star! lit up the room with her lovely smile and warmest. She was so experience and knowledgeable, her kindnest reflected on her explaining the complexity of my issue with great simplicity! Never have I experienced a dentist explaining so detail of the treatment plan. She answered every question and was patient with me. She gave me all her time and made me feel special without having to rush me to take another patient like a number! She is THE BEST!! I highly recommend this Dentistry to anyone. You will feel appreciated and the quality of work they put in each day explains that they take great pride to make every patient feel extra special! 😀

Dr. Alan did an amazing job treating my cavity. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, gentle, and super friendly too! He even took photos during my treatment to show me what he removed and replaced. His assistant Alina was also personable and very experienced as well! My filling looks and feels perfect. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable dentist who does great work while also putting his patient’s needs first, Dr. Alan is your guy!

What a wonderful experience it’s been at Cooley Smiles- Bellevue! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring for their patients needs. I especially enjoy working with Doctor Jackie and her assistant Alina, as well as my wonderful hygienist Sarah!! Thank you all!!

First meeting was pleasant and quick processing.i felt very comfortable from the receptionist who immediately stopped to welcome me thank you. Also the papers were submitted earlier which saved time. I went to Cooley Smiles Bellevue for my routine teeth cleaning, and I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Ha did an excellent job with my cleaning — very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care and a welcoming environment!

Dr. Alan was amazing and very attentive. He noticed minor issues with my orthodontic treatment that no other dentist has ever pointed out. I really appreciate how thorough and caring he was! Thats why I continue my treatment with them and drive 3 hours to see them. They care about their patients!
