Edited: The office addressed the issue immediately! I called to inquire about a possible quote for a gingivectomy. The front lady (Victoria?) was asking about my dental insurance and hung up on me when she was trying to find my information. I called back twice within 5 mins, and she put me straight to voicemail. If you didn’t know, I would have been fine, no need to be rude and hang up like that. Extremely unprofessional /: P.S I called around 3pm today. Definitely during their office hours! I’m sure the dentist is very knowledgeable, and I read great reviews about him. A little concerned about the front desk!

Favorite dentist I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff, nice office, and Dr. Liao always spends a good amount of time with patients. So happy to have found them.

First time patient of Dr. Brian Liao, very knowledgeable and intuitive. Has genuine care for his patients and it shows through the entire staff. Additionally, he is also an excellent highly trained oral surgeon focused on long term and general health. He let me know I did not need the hyper expensive approach suggested by another dentist but suggested a more practical efficient approach to handling my teeth. Highly recommend!!!
