VanDerhoef Smiles

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. VanDerhoef for several years. We can not recommend he and his staff highly enough. I am very nervous about going to a dentist and quite sensitive to the typical sounds that are necessary in that environment. I have always been greeted with kindness and understanding as I express my feelings in that regard. I appreciate the ability to have the 3-D professional equipment make my crowns, rather than waiting for a lab to create my replacement. The office staff is highly professional and does everything that they can to help with appointments and insurance. A special shout out to Dr. Chris and his skills, that have kept our dental needs served for many years. The friends that we have referred all have glowing feedback as well.

I had such a wonderful experience! The office itself is beautiful, very clean, modern, and very comfortable. Dr. VanDerhoef truly took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how caring and detailed he was. It made me feel confident and well taken care of. Colleen, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job! I was a little nervous going in because I currently have sensitive teeth, but she was so gentle and attentive that I had absolutely no issues. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I’m so happy I came to this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!

A relatively new patient but so far I’m extremely happy with the services provided. The clinic has the latest equipment so no waiting or return visit for a crown! Staff is very kind and friendly. Dr. VanDerhoef is absolutely wonderful, explaining what he sees but does not pressure you into unnecessary procedures. He’s gentle, thorough and truly caring about you as an individual. So glad to have found his practice!

I was impressed by the thoroughness of their exam. Dr. VanDerhoef and his staff are skilled, professional, friendly, and very nice to work with. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, and I actually thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Been going here for a while and they do great work but maybe they are getting disconnected from their patients. They require 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment, but have a 3 day weekend(closed on fri-sat-sun). It's Friday and im getting sick. OK I'll call them and leave a message, no worries. Nope cant I cant leave a recorded message. You have to talk to an AI assistant instead. Nope. Just nope. :::UPDATE::: Dr. VanDeroef called me directly a few hours after leaving an admitantly heated message with their AI bot. He let me know they are trying a new system and that changes are needed to make sure patience feel like they are being taken care of. He also let me know they dont penalize people for being sick and calling on a Friday which I had expected. The impersonal AI bot is what left a bad taste in my mouth mostly. I appreciate him reaching out and letting me know that and taking my feedback. It's not everyday people reach out this directly when their is an issue. I feel with how they handled this small grievance of mine and the care they give in their office. If you can become a patient I feel you will be in good hands!

I value the care and professional treatment I receive. My options are clearly articulated to me. I am always able to be seen for issues in between regular appointments in a prompt and timely manner. I feel so comfortable and confident in Dr. Vanderhoef’s care.

The best dentist I've ever had! I love that they recommend only what you need and don't try to upsell you or push extra procedures on you that aren't necessary.
