Truly Exceptional Dentist – Highly Recommend! I originally visited Dr. Reed for a second opinion, but after that first appointment, I knew I had found someone truly exceptional. His level of competence and professionalism stood out immediately — far beyond any dentist I’ve seen before. What impressed me the most was how clearly and thoroughly he explained my options. He took the time to walk me through each possible treatment and offered honest, thoughtful advice without any pressure. Also, I’ve never felt so relaxed and at ease during a dental treatment, his calm, reassuring approach and gentle technique made a huge difference. The entire staff is just as wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. Everyone is friendly, professional, and truly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Since that first visit, Dr. Reed became our family dentist, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we have received. If you’re looking for someone who is highly competent, caring, and able to make even the most nervous patient feel comfortable, I can’t recommend him enough.

Everything is easy at Waterloo Dental. No long waits, excellent work, everything is explained thoroughly. After years of searching, I've found my dentist for life. Dr. Reed is amazing.

Best office ever! Wouldn't go anywhere else, unless Dr Reed retires. Even though the office is very up to dated and professional it still feels like home. Dr Reed believes in listening to his patients and does a mighty fine job of it. I personally consider him an artist. His staff are the nicest girls you could ever meet. His one and only other male employee is a really good hygienist and so is Gail. You just can't go wrong with Waterloo Dental. Ps. He's great with kids of all ages.

The friendly professionals at Waterloo Dental are amazing! They greet you with a smile and instantly make you feel welcome. They are meticulous and dedicated to providing the best dental care - pain-free at that - one could hope for. My hygienist was so sweet and patient, and I would also say she is a perfectionist… which is exactly who you need for your pearly whites! Dr. Reed is also very personable and professional and is genuinely interested in and committed to your highest dental health . I truly felt like I got an education while he discussed my images and x-rays. I highly recommend Waterloo Dental!

Chloe and Jenn did their best to get me in to see Dr. John Graham Reed for my emergency visit right away. Dr. Reed is very nice and he explains everything and I mean everything during your visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel very comfortable even though I was in severe pain. I recommend this Dental practice. I wish my insurance provider was in their network so I can continue to utilize their services.
