Dr. Williams is truly a gifted dentist. She has done an exceptional job assembling a phenomenal staff and creating such a welcoming, thoughtfully curated environment. Our baby was unfortunately recommended to receive eight crowns and two root canals by another dentist. It didn’t sit right with me, so I did extensive research and found The Grin Gallery for a second opinion. From the very beginning, Dr. Williams took the time to sit with us and thoroughly explain all of the best options for our 7-year-old. She never rushed us, supported us in making the right decision, and somehow managed to make the entire experience fun and stress-free for our son. On treatment day, I was blown away by how gently and confidently she walked him through each step of the procedure. She truly has a special gift when it comes to working with children. One of my biggest concerns was avoiding any long-term dental fears, and thanks to Dr. Williams and her team, that was completely accomplished at The Grin Gallery. I also have to mention how incredible the office itself is - both of my boys absolutely love the interactive TV in the waiting room. It’s clear that every detail was designed with kids and families in mind. Thank you, Dr. Williams, and everyone at The Grin Gallery, for such an outstanding experience.

I took my 22 month old for her first time dental visit and cleaning! Dr. Williams was absolutely amazing - 10/10!!I've already recommended her to all of my Mom friends. She did such a good job of helping the experience be as comfortable as possible for a toddler! Such a cute office, very clean, very kid friendly and super informative process. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

We first met Dr. Williams at her previous location and recently found out she opened her own office — We were thrilled to support her new practice and continue seeing her. She’s fun, down to earth, and really knows how to engage with kids. She keeps it real while still being professional and thorough, which we really appreciate. Her new office is awesome! We even got a full tour and were excited to see all the different areas — that was a first for us and such a nice touch. On the drive home, my son bragged about his experience and the office the entire way and asked when he could come back. I told him the usual six months (unless there’s a serious tooth injury!), and he asked if we could come sooner. That pretty much says it all. Highly recommend!

I’m so lucky to have found Dr. Williams & the Grin Gallery staff. They were so warm, welcoming , and caring. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. It was thoughtfully designed for kids of all ages and parents. I appreciated the tour. This was my son’s first time going to the dentist and although he didn’t enjoy the exam- he did enjoy all the toys, the books, the interactive tv, the prize box, and the stickers. He did not want to leave. Dr. Williams was very patient with my son and explained everything well. She is so vibrant and the way she interacted with my son made him feel comfortable! We had a GREAT experience & left feeling cared for !

I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and patient with both me and my son. He’s 4 and on the spectrum, and the way Dr. Williams interacted with him and helped ease both of our anxiety was truly unmatched. When she noticed that one room wasn’t working for him, she quickly adjusted and moved the procedure to a space where he felt more comfortable. That level of attentiveness meant so much to us. He even left with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, bubbles, and his personal favorite—two blue elephants! Thank you so much to Dr. Williams and her entire team for such a thoughtful and compassionate experience.

10/10 would recommend every time! Came all the way from Fayette county and I’m so happy my boys have found their pediatric dentist. My boys loved Dr. Williams and so did my husband and I! She was extremely thorough with my sons’ exams & explaining everything to us, you can see her passion lives in her work. The office is SO kid friendly and welcoming to children and toddlers of all abilities. As long as The Grin Gallery is open, my children will be faithful patients.
