The ladies at the front desk, Elaine and Lisa, were so welcoming and provided amazing customer service from the moment I walked in. The dental queen Madison, who took my X-rays before the "big boss dentist" came out lol, was incredible. She really took her time to explain everything clearly, which I appreciated so much. The office itself was extremely clean and professional. THEN having a TV on the ceiling while they’re working on your teeth is a game changer! I was literally watching TV during my exam. The screens displayed X-rays and results, making it easy to understand everything in detail. Overall, I felt genuinely respected and cared for throughout my visit. I would absolutely make this my home dental office!

I had an amazing experience at Denistry of Sandy Springs with Dr. Solomon Jacobs and his entire team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming with warm smiles that immediately made me feel comfortable. My hygienist, Ashley, did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. She was extremely gentle, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. The X-ray technician was also wonderful — kind, efficient, and took perfect X-rays with no retakes needed! Dr. Jacobs was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest in his feedback regarding my dental health and what I should keep an eye on moving forward. I truly appreciated his transparency and care. Overall, this was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I’m proud to say that I’ve finally found my new dental home. Highly recommend Sandy Springs Dentistry!

I was so thrilled with my appointment with Dr Solomon Jacobs w/his wonderful new office-design and his team.The entire team, front desk, hygienist were great & kind. Dr. Jacobs is very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommended.

I had a great experience! I am typically very nervous around dentists and have had some bad experiences with them being dishonest and trying to upsell. I can finally say I found a dentist and team I trust! Everyone was very kind, transparent, and willing to answer questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. They take a conservative but honest approach and explain things every step of the way. My hygienist (Emma I believe) was very sweet and did a great job. My cleaning came with lots of praise and patience! The office itself is beautiful, relaxing, and designed to make you comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience here! It was my first appointment at this practice and check-in, I was presented with a summary of all charges to expect during this visit and what my out-of-pocket would be. Everyone was super friendly and my dental hygienist was awesome. They also have TV screens available for patients to watch when you’re setting up and lying down which was a unique experience for me. Overall, I would highly recommend and I will be back

Awesome private dental office! Best hygienist I’ve had in years - thorough and gentle. Dentist is careful not to over-treat. Office offers a plan that includes preventive care for a year, and it’s a better deal than buying dental insurance. I’ll recommend this dentist to all my family and friends! They’re located next to Target at the Prado.

I very much enjoyed this dental visit. The staff was friendly, and my appointment started on time. (I was able to fill out intake forms well in advance of my visit). The office was clean and modern. (For those who like TV distractions, there was one mounted on the roof so you can view while you waited.) I really appreciated the care of the hygienist and dentist - they were communicative with what they were doing and considerate if they predicted there might be a moment of discomfort. Dr. Solomon Jacobs took the time to go over my X-rays, explain and educate on what he was seeing and what he's want to keep an eye on. I felt his approach to be prudent and conservative, and mindful of my needs.
