Only place I could find that accepted my insurance. I am currently pregnant. The receptionist and assistant were amazing. I would give them a 5+ star rating. The dr… didn’t even discuss the problem has zero communication. Hit my tooth with the back of his tool to ask if that was the tooth that was hurting. Had no conversation about whether he was or wasn’t pulling the tooth, had zero conversation about me being and what medication he would give and didn’t tell me he was attempting to put a needle in my mouth. 0/10 would not recommend.

Lets just say major anxiety attack, as if going to the dentist isn’t an anxious feeling anyway, never have i had a dentist raise his voice at me and tell me to move my tongue, and my whole left side of my mouth numb and part of my tongue, and then i read thats what the assistant is suppose to be doing for me, the one that stood over me looking and telling me to move my tongue to the right and me numb. Total unprofessional, neglect of a patient!! that 400 bucks i paid you half for my crown, keep it and buy you some etiquette, and i hope you read this, cancel all future appointments, I wouldn’t step foot inside that office if i was dying! You need to give your license up, I don’t know if it’s your age or if you ever been any good!! My tongue hurt all night, thanks to you and your neglectful assistant! Please do not go to this dentist that is if you want a true professional, because this he is not!! And i have never wrote a negative review in my life, but this dentist I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy!

This was my first time going here and they were amazing. I had a woman name Jennifer who cleaned my teeth and she was so nice! I was called back exactly at my appointment time and everyone was so kind. I am a curious person, so Jennifer answered all my teeth related questions! Dr. DuBose was especially nice and took the time to explain to me how my X-Rays looked and how I could improve my teeth cleaning routine. Overall, I had a great experience, the team here is truly wonderful. I definitely plan on coming back every 6 months!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible service! I waited 3 hours for nothing. I left to get my 2 year old lunch and when I came back they said they had called me already and could not longer attend me. I did ask how much longer I had to wait, before briefly getting my son lunch. The lady at front office said she did not know and two people were in front of me. I offered to wait for the people in front of me and they declined. They said I could go to Smith Dental. Some people don’t care about their clients just getting a paycheck.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dubose. I love his humor and his straight-forward approach to the issue. He's honest. His entire staff was wonderful to be around. This was my very first time....I WILL be going back! I felt as though I had known them for years. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office.

Wow what can I say...The very BEST Dentist...very kind CARES so much about each and every patient that walks through the door..wonderful team..works together so get well. everyone drone the front office to everyone in the back..REALLY a loving and caring Team..I have to say thanks to my girl Tiffany for such and awesome job..i got to talk to Dr. DUBOSE about getting you a RAISE..PLEASE never stop being who you are and I'm talking about the WHOLE Team not you'll make people feel so relax and calm..ZLUV U ALL

Dr. Dubose and his staff are beyond the very best!! I have been going here the past 20, since I was like 10 lol 😆. They are very professional, helpful, patient and maintains a clean facility!! They are extremely busy, but, worth the wait!! Definitely recommend them.
