Hello. I just wanted to state how nice and patient with me as I try to begin my journey on dental health. I have phobia and anxiety about dentist. I've had to cancel several appointments due to that and Dr. Mcrae and staff have been very kind and understanding. I know it's frustrating for them but yet they have been so gracious. I will make journey soon to see Dr. Mcrae and staff. I've have already made arrangements for driver and help for anxiety. I greatly appreciate y'all's support and kindness. My Primary Care and Psychiatrist both have written letters concerning my situation and made me aware Im only hurting myself by not getting Dental Care. Thank you All at McRae Dental!! This is my 2nd good review. I have now had several visits plus bringing my dad and my sister for their dental needs. All 3 of us are very satisfied with McRae. My father is getting dentures - he’s having issues with getting a proper fit and McRae has been very helpful. My sister had several teeth that needed to be extracted. She went to a dentist in Greensboro but they wouldn’t work with her to get her teeth extracted before the end of the year so she could use her insurance. McRae’s is a very busy office but they fit her in and extracted her teeth the same day at her first appointment - now that is seriously great service. They make our appointments together so we can ride share. Dr. McRae is not only a great dentist but he really cares about delivering the best service. The office is kept very clean and tidy throughout and EVERYONE is very friendly and spends all the extra time that’s required to meet your needs. You might have a longer wait time than desired but that’s only because they are delivering superior service once you get called back. I find it’s worth the wait. The waiting room is very spacious, comfortable, and they have a large TV. I highly recommend this business.

Dr Reynolds is amazing. She was very patient and understanding. I had to have quite a few teeth pulled. She was comforting and patient understanding and I was not easy patient. I highly recommend her.

I was recommended this dental office by Daejah, the treatment coordinator. And I was not disappointed Daejah is super sweet cares a lot for her patients. Dr. Reynolds and her assistant Milvia worked on me and the results were amazing. I came in thinking I would have to loose my tooth but they saved it. I’m beyond grateful and Dr. Reynolds did an excellent job I feel great and no longer in pain. Milvia was super kind as well, making sure I was okay the entire procedure. Highly recommend this office to anyone. Everyone is super nice and take pride in what they do!

Well trained professional staff who understands all aspects of customer service. Silvia did an exceptional job in preparing me for the procedure Dr McRae was performing today. Literally the worst dentist I have ever used. He hurt me and didn’t care. I waited for two hours after my appt time then during the filling he never even tried to adjust or stop hurting me as I showed pain. I have since gone to another dentist who is 1000 times more compassionate and caring for their patients.

I've been a patient of McRae Family Dental for the past 30 plus years. The customer service and quality of work has been very good over the years. Dr. McRae has continously provided the best service for not only me but my mother as well. Sheena and Silvia have always greeted me with smiles and made me feel welcomed with every visit, they both go above and beyond to make sure my visits run as smooth as possible. Cleo is exceptional when it comes to anything in relation to the financial aspect of my visits especially when dealing with my insurance. I would suggest anyone looking for a dentist in the metro Athens area to visit any one of McRae Family Dental's three locations.
