Saunders DDS

Having just relocated the area, I had my first visit with Dr. Steve Saunders and his amazing team. In a day and age we’re good. Customer service is hard to come by, Dr. Saunders and his staff totally surpassed my expectations. They made me feel welcome, important, and most of all cared for. Like many other folks, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but his team made the visit very comfortable and relaxed. My Hygienist kept me informed the entire time of the process and of her findings. Dr. Saunders exam was extremely thorough and he explained his treatment plan in detail and I feel very comfortable moving forward. I was also pleasantly surprised by their very fair pricing given their high level of service and time spent with me. I am very happy to have found Dr. Saunders and his team and to have him as my dentist.

I called Dr. Saunders’ office for a dental emergency after hearing of his impressive cosmetic dental resume. I could not have been more satisfied with my choice. Even with a full schedule he squeezed me in immediately. His team was personable and friendly, they answered all my questions, and I left the office in under an hour looking better than I did before my accident! Dr. Saunders and his team work miracles to deliver timely, exceptional service. BIG thank you to Dr Steve Saunders!

Most people dislike trips to the dentist, but our family loves Dr. Saunders and the whole staff. They are fast and efficient (I've never waited more than a few mins to be called back), they will help secure a last minute appointment for an emergency, they make it easy to file and deal with insurance, and they are truly friendly and work hard to make you comfortable. While this practice is considered out of network for my current dental insurance, it's worth it to us to stay with the practice even for slightly higher premiums because of such good care

Dr. Saunders and his staff ARE AWESOME! I have not had a very appealing smile for quite some time! He and his staff changed that. Now I smile with confidence again! They all have wonderful personalities and very professional. THANKS

I recently moved from Asheville. Had my 1st appointment at a new dental practice in my new city. Awesome Google reviews. Not a terrible experience but Dr Saunders and the entire team are far and away the best. They are gentle, honest, transparent, friendly, kind, hospitable, professional and organized. They had my best interest in mind and I knew they weren’t trying to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. I felt important and well taken care of. I am determined to find that here. Highly recommend Dr Saunders and team. You’ll be glad you did!

I have been a patient for several years and both the doctor and staff are all wonderful! I was a referral from another patient and I continue to refer others to their practice. I feel like Dr. Saunders is professional and truly cares about his patients. I had another dentist (who had a nice, shiny new office with lots of equipment to pay for) tell me I needed 6 crowns, but Dr. Saunders let me know this was not the case. I feel like he is honest and upfront with his patients.
