Dr. Dao is the best! She and Ashlea made my experience with my first cavity fillings painless and as pleasant as possible. I have also had an amazing, super thorough cleaning here. Best dentist in Asheville!

I had my first visit with this office today. It was great from beginning to end. The office itself is very clean and inviting. The assistant (Ashley) who did the xrays was very gentle and explained everything as she did them. Dr Dao is very sweet and very knowledgeable about dentistry. Carolyn who did the cleaning was very friendly. She made it comfortable and she did a very thorough job. I would recommend this office highly.

Dentist Dao was fine. Hygienist told me my tooth was crumbling which was later confirmed not true. Was then told i would need to wait 3 months. And they said i could not talk to the owner, who was filling in. The front desk gal Lauren was quite rude and not interested in solving the problem. I wrote to the owner and he never responded. Their care was fine if you have evenly spaced teeth and few issues.

My husband and I have had a great experience with this practice! They are friendly, punctual, and the hygienists are very gentle when cleaning our teeth. Dr. Dao is wonderful as well! Highly recommend this dentist!!

Clean office in an accessible location with compassionate and professional staff all around. Dr. Dao and her team were very understanding of my medical/dental anxiety, and helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout my visits. The front office staff are fantastic as well, great communication and always friendly. They were very transparent with pricing and provided an accurate estimate prior to any procedures. Can't recommend them enough!

Such a fantastic experience with an emergency appointment, that I made them my regular dentist! Had my first yearly appointment and it went so smoothly. Very gentle, informative of costs and friendly. Back for a cleaning and a lovely experience again. Carolyn is so gentle that my appointment was a breeze! All the staff are wonderful. Will continue coming here even though I moved out to Spruce Pine because you can't beat the staff!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. I had to have three fillings because I have put it off for so long. Although uncomfortable to have someone working in my mouth, it was as quick and painless as it could be. Also, the front desk staff is very friendly and helped deal with my insurance. I would highly recommend this practice.
