828 Dental

After paying approximately $500 out of pocket for a cleaning, this office provided me with a pre-filled ADA insurance claim form that was completed incorrectly, indicating reimbursement should be sent to the practice rather than to me. I submitted the form exactly as given. As a result, both I and Blue Cross Blue Shield paid the office. When the error was identified, the office administrator refused to issue a refund or provide a corrected claim form—despite my insurer clearly explaining that a correction was required. During a three-way call with Blue Cross Blue Shield, the administrator repeatedly stated she was "removing herself from the situation" and declined to assist further. I ultimately spent hours resolving a problem caused by their billing error. Proceed with caution if insurance is involved.

I had an urgent dental situation and have always dreaded the dentist, but just had an awesome experience with 828 Dental. Dr. Swift and Kim are a great team, skillful, friendly, efficient, and painless. I also didn't have the feeling I've had at other dentists that I was being upsold--they told me up front there were two possible procedures depending on what they found, and they ended up doing the less invasive and expensive one.

We absolutely love Dr. Webb and his staff. 1st the office decor is so welcoming, inviting and provides a clean and sanitary environment. Technology at their office is top notch. Now the staff... The staff is kind, considerate, caring, supportive, encouraging, pretty and most importantly great listeners. Webb Orthodontics is stellar. I have/would/and will highly recommend Webb Orthodontics for your Orthodontic needs. We started at the Hendersonville location. The staff there told us about the pending opening of the Asheville location and offered to transfer us to the location closer to us. This shows us that not only does Webb Orthodontics care about your Orthodontic health they care about convenience. As long we need Orthodontics,we will be Webb Orthodontics patients.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have truly changed my view of going to the dentist. I used to dread it, but now I actually look forward to going. Highly recommend 828 Dental!!

I would seriously recommend anyone go here! Everyone who works there is very kind and they made me feel comfortable and calm! I would like to thank Dianna, Jamie, Thomas, and Dr. Mark for being as supportive and informative as they could! And dr.marc thank you so much for giving me hope when I didnt have any at all thank you guys so much!

I really hate going to the dentist, but having a wisdom tooth and another tooth pulled wasn’t near as bad as I had thought and dreaded. The office was so understanding of my nervous dread and helped me through the process. It was so much easier than I could have expected. Great staff and great dentist.

828 Dental has provided me with excellent dental care and handles everything with my insurance so each visit is very smooth. Matt, my hygienist, is super friendly and thorough in his work. Dr Swift always takes time to do a careful examination and answer any questions I may have. I couldn’t be happier with my dentist.
