Quite possibly the absolute worst dentist conglomerate ever unless you have deep pockets. If you live trying to get to when your benefits recycle, go somewhere else because your first visit here will max you out and you're either stuck paying out of pocket or waiting another year for more dental work. This place cares.....about how big your wallet is. They con you into situations where you have to keep going back. They'll give boxed advice then tell you if it doesn't work then come back. Sure, so they can collect another office visit fee. They care absolutely nothing about your dental health. Overpriced, rude, condescending, and complete con artists. The reception staff isn't helpful, and customer service totally sucks. Good luck getting the information you need and you can look forward to them screwing up your insurance benefits then billing you the whole amount and claim you have no insurance. Give the smaller practices a look and put your money back into your community instead of on these guy's yahts and golf club bags.
I just called to see about getting in due to losing a large filling. The sad part is I can't get in for 2 weeks - I did get placed on a call list. BUT the good news is I talked with an exceptional receptionist named Colissa. She was pleasantl, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She is absolutely the greatest at customer service. Thank you Colissa!
I have been dealing with a completely unacceptable billing issue since November 2025 with no attempt from Dental Associates to resolve the issue. I was sent a $475 bill in November 2025 with no explanation for an X-ray that was done in April 2025 that my insurance had already paid for plus I paid the out of pocket amount at the time of service. I have called repeatedly to resolve this and have been told a billing manager will contact me. Not once has anyone from Dental Associates attempted to contact me, and I didn’t receive a bill for three months and have now received 4 in the last week. I have called 5 times today unable to reach anyone because "all lines are busy" so I guess I will have to physically drive to the location to resolve a billing issue from a treatment that was fully paid for almost a year ago. This level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling at such a large company and completely unacceptable. Myself and my family will never seek care at any Dental Associates location again. To add insult to injury, the X-ray was not at all needed, it was insisted on by a dentist there but was a non-issue evident when the oral surgeon looked at my past 10 years of X-rays. This extremely frustrating situation was entirely created by Dental Associates with no attempt to resolve.
My experience was quite pleasant. I waited only a couple minutes before being called to my appointment. My cleaning was done, efficiently and professionally. My dental hygienist was personable, amusing, and informative.
Took my kids in for a regular exam and cleaning. The entire experience was disappointing. You feel like just a number here. Kids were seated in opposite ends of the exam room so it was impossible to keep an eye on both. Hygienist acted as if we were a bother. Never addressed the kids by name or even a smile. Both kids noticed this and told me afterwards they didn't like it here. Never going back.
Best place to go hands down!! Amazing visit as always, thank you for always making it extra welcoming and exciting when we are there. The experience and staff are always positive, it’s absolutely priceless. Keep up the awesome work, we appreciate all of you! Thanks again:)
Marie Cineus was extremely impatient and had very poor bedside manner. At the beginning of the appointment she had no care for helping us decide which wisdom teeth to extract in regards to financials and was incredibly unfriendly. She spoke in an unprofessional and irritated manner with another dental assistant at the doorway of my surgery room as I was strapped down and actively becoming very nervous. She had no care for my mother needing to speak with the financial team before beginning as our estimate for the cost of service jumped from 1,700 to almost 2,200 without any explanation- even when we were told that the final estimate done the day of would be be cheaper than the original 1,700 cost. She was visibly rushing us through the appointment- I asked the dental assistant next to me what was going on and she replied in regards to Marie "she’s just impatient." In relation to this- Marie was completely unprofessional and clearly displayed irritation and continued speaking rudely in front of my mother and I. As for the beginning of the surgery itself, I have never had such a careless and unprofessional dentist in my entire life, she did not explain the process clearly and saw my heart rate increasing on the monitor as I became panicked. While I was visibly nervous and unsure she was very rough with how she started my IV and only told me "you’re fine" in a monotone manner when I flinched at the pain. Lastly, Marie did not give a warning or count down to putting me under sedation and had a very cold manner of speaking- the last thing I remember hearing was her telling me curtly "there’s up to a 10% chance of us hitting a nerve in your jaw and you never feel again" and then everything went dark. I have been put under before and never received such poor care and terrible bedside manner. I was incredibly nervous and visibly panicking as my heart rate monitor jumped up when the dentist was arguing about "what’s the hold up" when financials were being discussed, and nobody checked in with me a single time or asked how I was doing. I was never once asked how I was feeling or if I was okay, and the extent of the dentist’s communication was a couple curt sentences. Marie Cineus had a complete disregard for my comfort and made the experience incredibly stressful- and I will not be returning here due to her service and poor treatment.
