Aspen Dental - Appleton, WI

Me siento decepcionado. Fui a solicitar un servicio de limpieza dental y prácticamente me lo negaron pues querían venderme otro servicio que no lo necesito por el momento. Es como ir a una agencia de autos y quiero comprar un coche que me gusta y está en mis posibilidades comprar y la agencia de autos me quiere vender otro que no me gusta y no necesito y además MÁS CARO.

My adult son is downs syndrome, nonverbal and functions at a 5 year old level. Everyone from the registration to x-ray technician, hygienist, dentist and operations manager were extremely patient, informative and very kind to my son. They made him feel comfortable and included him in our conversation about treatment, even though he didn't understand. I appreciated their time and effort at putting him at ease, while maintaining professionalism. Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of a dentist.

Everyone here was amazing. Dr. Leyes did an amazing job! They got me in and taken care of right away. The price was great, I have no complaints and will be back. Thank you everyone

When your gut tells you something is off, it usually is. This agency seems to exaggerate their assessments and push unnecessary treatments for billing purposes. I recently went in for my first appointment. They took x-rays and did a gum exam, then told me I had periodontal disease. The tech said she would provide educational materials and show me how to properly use a Waterpik, but that didn't happen. I was also expecting a cleaning, which didn't happen either. If it was because of the diagnosis, I would have appreciated clear communication about that. Instead, I was sent to the financial department and quoted around $3,000 for treatment. About $1,700 after insurance. There was little explanation about the treatment plan, what future visits would involve, or what to expect overall. Just a vague invoice. I went for a second opinion today, and I do not have periodontal disease. Apparently this is not an isolated incident with Aspen Dental. They appear to have a reputation for this kind of thing. I’m not posting this because I want a customer service response from the company. I’m posting it to encourage anyone in a similar situation to please get a second opinion from a local dentist before agreeing to expensive and potentially unnecessary treatments.

The entire staff is so friendly. It made it much easier to face my fear of going to the dentist. Everyone had smiles on their faces, and treated me with the utmost respect. Evelyn and Dani made everything fast and easy. I would highly recommend.

My experience at Aspen Dental in Appleton, Wisconsin today was great! I walked in ,didn't have an appointment however , had a concern/issue. They did not turn me away...I was treated with respect and professionalism by all staff members that I came in contact with.
