Laurich Dentistry - Ann Arbor

I am a new patient of Dr Flanagin. I couldn't be more happy!! I was in pain and had a very bad abscess. The office got me in right away. He explained everything and was so gentle. I liked him so much I switched dentist and have my son joining the practice as well. The front staff was very pleasent as well. Elizabeth and Sarah were so helpful getting me appointments that worked with my tight schedule.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had (at the dentist). It had been a while since my last check up. So naturally I felt a little insecure. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive. The communication flowed easily and they were sure to set a clear expectation every step of the way. I already scheduled my next appointment!

Heather and Dr. Flanagan were wonderful. State-of-the-art imaging technology combined with compassionate care made for a five-star experience. And the fluoride treatment was eight dollars less than at my old dentist!

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I was really nervous to go, but everyone here is so kind, comforting, and knowledgeable. It was stress-free, and they kept me in-the-know the whole time. I had Hailey for my cleaning, and she is simply the best, the warmest person, and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t fear cleanings anymore! Dr. Flanagan was so kind, patient, and took his time to clearly answer my questions and explain things to me. They’re also not trying to push unnecessary dental work onto people. I trust them! They care about their patients as people. Added bonus: there’s a TV on the ceiling you can watch!

Wow! Met these guys on Zoc Doc and it is literally the nicest dentist office I’ve been to since my childhood dentist 18 years ago. They even helped me save $100 when they offered a physical x ray disc to take to a root canal specialist so I didn’t have to be double-charged. Amazing communication and really good vibes.

Always a pleasure to be taken care of by the AA team. Dr. Flanagan and Michelle made sure I was comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.

I'm a new patient. Just got an old filling re-done today. I've had bad experiences in the past (childhood) with the numbing process that created bad anxiety that I've learned to mask fairly well. When I tell you I didn't feel a THING I mean it. I was actually confused by the fact that I felt absolutely nothing and thought he hadn't injected it yet. Either my pain tolerance has skyrocketed over the years, or he's just THAT good at what he does. I'm sure it's the latter. Dr. Flanagin did a wonderful job and the process was 100% painless, smooth, and quick. So, my dentist appointment anxiety is basically nonexistent, now. The staff here is also very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
